Sehr gute Lage

Wir verbringen unseren Urlaub seit über 30 Jahren in Biscarrosse. Das Haus hat eine gute Lage in Biscarrosse Plage in einer Sackgasse. Man ist zu Fuß in ca. 15 Minuten im Zentrum. Die Zimmer und der Garten sind gut aufgeteilt und etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Leider war es nicht sauber. Wir mussten die Bäder, Toiletten und die Küche erstmal putzen. Den Backofen haben wir nicht mehr sauber bekommen. Die anderen Dinge haben wir versucht einfach zu übersehen. Alles in allem würden wir das Haus wieder mieten, wenn es sauber wäre und einige Dinge (Trampolin, Türen) repariert würden. Für Familien mit Kindern ist es perfekt.

Maison familiale agreable

Maison agreable bien équipée avec terrain ombragé au bord de la foret ; bonne situation et au calme. (Clim non testée car arrétée : covid 19) Quelques détails "vieillots" (huisseries interieures vernies sombres par ex) et huisseries extérieures qui meriteraient une bonne renovation mais bilan global tres positif pour ce sejour.

excellent séjour

Maison agréable et fonctionnelle située dans un environnement calme. La plage et les magasins sont facilement accessibles en vélo même pour des enfants . Piscine hors sol jardin trampoline et cabane de jeux très appréciés des petits. La maison possède tous le nécessaire. Il faudrait juste une toile sur le toit de la pergola pour pouvoir déjeuner sans avoir chaud les jours très ensoleillés. Nous y avons passé une excellente semaine
