The living room has a wood burning stone fireplace which is perfect for gathering and watching the fire, or a movie on the flat screen tv. The screened-in three-season room runs the length of the house and invites you stare off onto the lake during your morning coffee as well as at mealtime. The guest cottage features 2 additional bedrooms and a full bathroom. A huge lot with a stream meandering through the backyard is the perfect site to unwind and let the kids play. The beach is sandy and groomed, perfect for bonfires and sunrises. The seventy-foot, newly constructed dock with a large platform is the perfect spot for some sunny lounging.

Jon and Lizzie live in Ann Arbor but sneak up to NP as often as they can. When there, they can often be seen at the beach or golf course with their two kiddos, Ben and Lucy.
Why they chose this property
We had been waiting for a house to come up for sale on this particular street for years. With access to the bay and walking distance to town- this is the dream location. The log cottage sits in a fairy tale-like setting with the beach in front, stream in back, and so much room to play in the yard. We are making slow and steady improvements to the cottages (main and guest) that will be sure to make it an annual retreat for family, friends and clients.
