All shops nearby 100 m from the beach on foot.

Perfect stay

It was just great .. Frederic offered his help if any problems would have occured but there were none - we just felt at home and the place was just great - we will come back surely

Die Wohnung ist in einem erstklassigen Zustand, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und verfügt über jeglichen Komfort. Die Lage ist ebenfalls nicht zu übertreffen. Alles was man benötigt ist direkt vor der Haustüre erhältlich. Trotzdem sehr ruhig mit gesichertem Parkplatz. Perfekt!

De très bonnes vacances

Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances dans cet appartement. L'accueil du propriétaire a été chaleureuse. L'appartement est très bien placé et tout peut se faire à pied : proximité immédiate de tous les commerces et de l'Océan. Pour autant, l'appartement est très calme. Bien sûr, en centre ville, il peut il y avoir des fêtards nocturnes mais nous avons surtout entendu les petits oiseaux sur le balcon. Merci pour cette location 5 étoiles !

Sehr nette Gastgeber, tolle Lage

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in der schönen und großzügig geschnittenen Wohnung sehr genossen. Die Lage ist zentral und trotzdem ruhig. Die Schlüsselübergabe und die gesamte Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern war sehr nett und verbindlich. Besonders schön ist der große Balkon mit Blick ins Grüne.

Appartement idéalement situé et calme

L’appartement, très calme, est situé en plein centre ville : commerces, restaurants et plage à 1 minute à pieds… voir moins. Il est parfaitement équipé et offre tout le confort nécessaire. En plus, les propriétaires sont très à l’écoute et vraiment adorables.

Tolle Ferienwohnung!

Unser Aufenthalt in Lacanau-Océan war wirklich 1A-mässig. Der Kontakt mit Frédéric war sehr unkompliziert undwir wurden von ihm sehr freundlich (und mit einer Flasche Wein) begrüsst. Die Wohnung ist genau so, wie es auf den Bildern dargestellt wird: grosszügig und mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Wir waren zu viert unterwegs und hatten reichlich Platz. Den Balkon samt zugehörigen Gasgrill haben wir jeden Tag für Frühstück und Abendessen genutzt. Die Lage der Wohnung ist super zentral, sodass wir unser Auto im (abgeschlossenen) Hof einfach stehen lassen konnten und eigentlich alles zu Fuss oder Velo machen konnten. Es hat uns sehr gefallen, wir kommen gerne wieder!

Wunderschöne Wohnung in perfekter Lage zum Strand

Die Bilder der Wohnung versprechen nicht zuviel! Hervorragende Ausstattung und viel Platz für die ganze Familie. Der hochwertige Webergrill auf dem großem Balkon wurde oft von uns verwendet. Trotz zentraler Lage bietet der Balkon einen schönen Ausblick. Die Wohnung ist ruhig und sehr gepflegt. Ein eigener Parkplatz im Hinterhof ist auch vorhanden. Von Außen sieht das Mehrfamilienhaus schon etwas runtergekommen aus, aber in der Wohnung stört das absolut nicht. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Super accueil de Fredo le propriétaire avec des top conseils sur Lacanau pour notre séjour. Appartement extrêmement agréable. Rarement vu des locations aussi bien équipées et décorées. Idéalement situé à 2' de la plage. Le top. Nous y reviendrons.

Agréable appartement en plein centre, entre océan et lac.

Bel appart 2 chambres. Spacieux et très bien équipé surtout au niveau cuisine (petit frigo). Belle décoration. Belle terrasse (très) ensoleillée avec vue sur l'intérieur d'ilot et l'arrière pays, pas mal. BBQ Weber haut de gamme! Ça se voit que c'est un appart utilisé par le proprio. Emplacement de parking hyper précieux. Pas d'accès internet. Tout se fait à vélo. 20' pour le lac. 5' pour les plages. Nous reviendrons probablement. Prenez les cours de surf chez Paolo. Bon contact avec le propriétaire par sms et téléphone.

Excélent séjour

L'appartement est conforme à la description, sa situation en plein cœur de ville avec parking est un véritable atout, il faut environ 2mn pour rejoindre la rue principale avec la plage au bout. Il est très agréable, chaleureux et décoré avec goût. La grande terrasse sans vis à vis est superbe. Nous tenions particulièrement à remercier les propriétaires pour leur accueil et leur bienveillance pendant notre séjour.

Gemütlich und zentral - Superausstattung

Sauber, schön eingerichtet, gute Betten, Riesenbalkon, Gasgrill, superzentral, jede Menge Bäcker und alle anderen Läden in der Nähe. Abgeschlossener Parkplatz, ruhiges Haus, nachts manchmal auf der Straße Krach (zentrale Lage halt...). Total netter Vermieter, persönlich per SMS erreichen.

Tolle Wohnung mit klasse Ausstattung in Super-Lage

Die Wohnung ist schlicht und ergreifend Spitze. Groß, modern, mit toller und reichhaltiger Ausstattung, dazu in absolut guter Lage (Geschäfte, Bäcker, Supermarkt und Strand) -> was will man mehr. 5 Sterne und eine Super-Empfehlung. Der Vermieter (Herr Parenteau und seine Frau) sind auch sehr nett, wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub.
