The house is in a large closed plot of 1500m2 wild and wooded, out of sight and from the wind behind the dune and in front of the sailing school.
Immediate access to 30 meters from the sea, the wild coast and the sailing school, ideal starting point for fishing on foot, strolls on the bay of Siena and swimming.

Parfait pour des retrouvailles familiales

Excellent séjour dans une maison qui laisse de la place pour des activités en grand groupe mais qui préserve aussi l'intimité de chacun. Beaucoup de choses sont bien pensés pour un groupe :beaucoup de planches en bois pour se partager les tâches, des tabliers mis à disposition, de très grandes casseroles et 4 lavabos pour des toilettes de chat. On a apprécié aussi le fond de cuisine fourni, la possibilité de se faire du thé et du café et bien sûr l'emplacement est génial :aucun coucher de soleil raté, vous pouvez aller à la plage quand vous voulez. Tout petit bémol :attention, difficile de garer la voiture à l'intérieur de la propriété car le portail ne peut pas s'ouvrir largement à cause de la végétation, et nous sommes juste à côté des containers de recyclage, donc bruyant et impressionnant quand ils sont vidés. Quelques appareils ménagers un peu poussifs ou récalcitrant mais dans l'ensemble tout fonctionne. Un séjour mémorable et confortable !

Problème d'évacuation d'eau dans l'évier de la cuisine et fuite d'eau. Pas de bac pour les dechets menagers . Manque de casseroles, sauteuse ou fait - tout. Pas de vue directe sur la mer, dommage car l'annonce laisse supposer le contraire. Pas d'état des lieux de sortie. On doit rapporter les clefs à la conciergerie qui n'est pas très réactive aux messages .

Je recommande +++. Maison au top. Propreté, grand terrain naturel, proximité de la mer, pas de voisinage, tout ce que l'on aime. Attention avec des jeunes enfants, escalier qui va à l'étage, un peu raide.

The wooden beach house

The location is perfectly situated next to the sailing school, out of the wind but on the beach. Only a dead end street to cross. The house is quiet in a large garden. You get what you see in the pictures. A motley collection of furniture, beds and other household items. If you are used to box-spring beds, it takes a while to switch with the typical French beds with the very hard mattresses and small size. There is a small 2-person sofa, perhaps opt for a slightly larger sofa or armchairs. That will still make it a little more pleasant to sit together. Other seating/places are plenty. What we found less pleasant is the amount of flies, mosquitoes and large spiders inside. Whether this is due to the autumn or to the garbage containers on the other side of the hedge? You really are in someone else's cottage. Shoes, towel, toothbrushes, pictures on the wall ect everything was still there. We had not experienced this before through a landlord. Felt a little uncomfortable. The hospitality and communication with Sandie was fine and friendly. Even when it appeared that the bedding was not correct, she was at the door within an hour with the correct sizes in the rain on Saturday night. An okay place to stay to visit the invasion beaches and Le Mont Saint Michel.

Tout est comme indiqué sur l'annonce. Maison très agréable et emplacement proche mer parfait pour se balader à toute heure de la journée et profiter de beaux couchers de soleil. Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans cette maison à 2 pas de la plage entouré de nature. À cette période de l'année très calme, mais j'imagine plutôt animée dès les beaux jours avec l'école de voile en face, le camping d'un côté et le parking de l'autre. C'est une maison où l'on se sent très bien malgré le confort sommaire du salon et quelques petits manques ustensiles, faitouts cuisine pour le nombre. Ceci dit l'endroit est charmant !
