Tutto perfetto

La casa è grande e comoda, non manca niente. La posizione è perfetta perché si è a metà dell’isola e puoi raggiungere facilmente tutte le varie località. Suggeriamo solo l’accortezza di illuminare l’ingresso nel parcheggio e ingresso nella palazzina perché la sera è completamente buio pesto.

Un acierto absoluto

Los anfitriones son fantásticos. El piso es super cómodo, las habitaciones amplias, el baño amplio con ducha grande. El salón tiene un ventanal muy grande que da al bosque y la cocina tiene de todo, y una nevera grande. Nos ha gustado dónde se encuentra porque está cerca de todo, como en el medio de cada lado de la isla. Y junto al piso hay un supermercado pequeño pero que también tiene de todo. Justo en el bloque tienes una casa de alquiler de coches y motos.

Schöne Wohnung auf Formentera

Wir hatten 2 angenehme Wochen in dieser Wohnung verbracht. Alles ist so wie im Inserat beschrieben. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter hat über WhatsApp mit Hilfe des GoogleÜbersetzers super geklappt. Die Lage der Wohnung, um die Insel mit Fahrrad und zu Fuß zu erkunden, ist top.

El apartamento, la situación, el trato de la propiedad... todo maravilloso y fácil. Las fotos merecen la realidad. Rita un encanto y flexible. Solamente tengo un "pero": faltaba un sacacorchos! ;P. Y como esta isla y sus habitantes son mágicos, los vecinos del restaurante de al lado nos dejaron uno para toda la estancia (tampoco se hubiera acabado el mundo!) Gracias Rita y Alberto!

Appartamento perfetto e posizione Ottima

Sono stato in questo appartamento dal 11 al 18 di Settembre 2021 insieme alla mia compagna. Non avevo molte aspettative, mi bastava un semplice appartamento per dormire e lavarmi dal ritorno dalla spiaggia.... e invece sono rimasto sorpreso! Appartamento davvero spazioso e comodo! Noi eravamo solo in 2 ma c'e' spazio per 5 o 6 persone. E' fornito di tutto il nesessario per passare una bella vacanza. - Cucina con fornelli, forno e forno a microonde, frigorifero e tutto il necessario. - 2 Divani, un tavolo, LAVATRICE e il materiale per stendere. - Ci sono 2 ombrelloni per ci volesse usarli in spiaggia. Tutto era pulito e accogliente. La posizione è ottima per raggiungere a piedi la vicina spiaggia di Es Arenals ( Hotel Riu la Mola e Insotel Maryland), le calette di es Calò e ristotanti molto buoni. Sotto casa si possono affittare scooter, bici e macchine... se volete avete l'altra alternativa che è vicino al Maryland per affittare scooter. La signora Rita, la padrona, è stata super gentile e simpatica. Ci sarebbe tanto da dire ma riassumo con: BELLISSIMO e GRAZIE! Stefano e Elena

L'appartamento è situato su un pianerottolo con altri 3 appartamenti e pertanto con pareti sottilissime di separazione tra gli stessi, non è assicurata la PRIVACY, la prima notte siamo stati testimoni di imbarazzanti rumori da appartamenti adiacenti e non riuscendo a dormire siamo stati costretti a affittare un altro appartamento.
