Toss the towels and swimsuits in the washer/dryer on your way into the home and relax in front of the large screen TV while smelling the wonderful aromas created by the chef in the family in the nearby kitchen. Eat at the dining table or adjacent breakfast bar, both with ocean views. Step out onto the sun deck to soak in some rays or gaze at the stars, or relax in the bubbly 6-person hot tub with oceanfront views. When it's time to retire for the evening, select from 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds or 2 bedrooms with queen beds. One queen bedroom has a private master bath. Vacation Rental Protection Plan: This required non-refundable $95 plan covers accidental damage within the home with a coverage limit of $3,000. It does not cover theft or willful misconduct. You must notify Surf or Sound Realty of any damage that occurs during your occupancy or this coverage will be void. Coverage is effective at time of check-in and ends at time of check-out.
