About this property

Sonoma Cottage: among the vines and close to EVERYTHING!!

The Cottage is set back from the road on a private acre surrounded by neighboring vineyards with a small meadow in front. We are located just outside of Sonoma proper in the Carneros wine growing appellation. Central to everything you could want to experience in both the Sonoma and Napa Valleys.
The Cottage was recently remodeled with great thought put into the comfort of our guests including full generator backup in the event of power loss.
We have Daikan air-conditioning / heating split system throughout with a gas stove in the living room and heated bathroom floors.
Both bedrooms have floor heaters and Queen size beds that are outfitted with luxury mattresses.
Our kitchen has all the amenities of home. And of course we have super fast wifi and a large flat screen tv with cable in the living room.
Guests are encouraged to use the BBQ and our well maintained hot tub 365 days a year on our patio that faces the beautiful Mayacamas mountains.
Adjacent to the patio is our pump house that holds a full sized washer and dryer.
Uber drivers and local wine tours are familiar with our property and are used by our guests regularly.
We have two options to cover damage protection. A damage protection policy with CSA OR a REFUNDABLE credit card damage protection deposit.
Both used to be offered but recently we were asked to choose between the two and have gone with the CSA damage protection policy because it has been the most preferred. BUT if you would like to use the REFUNDABLE credit card deposit option please contact me for coordination.
Our cottage is in a neighborhood of WORKING vineyards. Guests may experience seasonal activity and noise attributed to vineyard care and maintenance.

Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please wash dishes.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
CHILDREN: Because of damage done to and messes left in our cottage, no child under the age of 10 is allowed on the property.
SERVICE DOGS are welcome with proof of documentation. They may not be left in the cottage ALONE- EVER and all poop must be picked up and disposed of.
Disregarding our dog policy will end up in an additional $125.00 cleaning fee charged.

Fantastic Property In A Great Location

This cottage was fantastic! Well appointed and in a great location to get to both Napa and Sonoma. Set back from the road and among vineyards, the environment was perfect. The cottage was updated and has everything you need to have a comfortable stay.

Great girl's trip location

Came and stayed for 4 nights. Place is absolutely adorable. I highly recommend. About 5 mins from downtown Sonoma and a short drive to Napa Valley. Will stay here again if back in the area.

Amazing little spot for 2 couples

Such a cute, clean and well sized place in wine country. We had a lovely stay in the little house with 4 people. The hot tub was a nice retreat at the end of a day of wine tasting. Beds were comfy too!

Winery trip

Great haven in the middle of beautiful wine country

We would definitely stay here again when we come back to Napa. The location is ideal for Sonoma or Napa wine tours/tastings. The home was extremely clean and comfortable. And the property was nestled in the middle of beautiful wine country. The host was wonderful to work with as well. 10/10!

Great for a girls' trip!

Really enjoyed our stay in the cottage. The cottage was clean and very comfortable. The kitchen was well-stocked - it had just what we needed. While we were not in town, it was nice to stay outside of town. The views of the vineyards and hills were really beautiful. And the hot tub was an added plus! Would definitely consider staying here again the next time I come to Sonoma.

Great Location in Sonoma

We had a terrific stay. The location was perfect. Close to both downtown Sonoma and Downtown Napa. A short drive to both so close to great restaurants. The place was very clean and was larger inside than expected. Both bedrooms were a good size. There's also a nice patio area to spend time. My daughter and her boyfriend enjoyed the hot tub. I would recommend staying here.

They put the TOP in our Top Fuel Trip to Sonoma

Wanted to spend the entire weekend at the Raceway, so needed a place nearby and didnt want a Hotel.BEST decision we ever made was picking this lovely home. The setting , the immaculate landscaping and inside the home was more spacious then I was expecting! Everything was so clean and the attention to detail was 10/10. Ive never slept so good away from home. The beds were so cumfy ! Our next Sonoma trip, this will be our first choice EVERY time! *****

The house was spacious. Everything was very clean. Nice furniture. The bedrooms were very clean as well as the linens. Hot tub available although we did not use it. The view of the vineyards was spectacular.

What a gorgeous place to stay! Waking up to a beautiful sunrise with the light dancing on the vineyards. The hot tub was a welcome rest after our fun-filled days.

Nice location very convenient to Sonoma and Napa

This property was a great place to stay driving distance to Sonoma's downtown and wineries. The cottage is very clean with new furnishings in a quiet area. The property had European AC units in the main rooms which worked great during the day as it was hot in June. At night it cooled down and we were able to open the windows to enjoy the weather. The Cottage was well stocked for guest.

Cottage among the Vines

Cute farmhouse, newly remodeled, very clean. Close driving distance to both Napa and Somona, allowing us to spend time in both places. Great quiet place to relax and escape after touring the busy wineries and shopping.

This is a very nice property. It's modern and well taken care of. All the amenities you could want and Tracy is wonderful and very helpful. Next time we are back to Sonoma we will definitely stay again.
