Nice spacious home in a quiet neighborhood but close to downtown Sonoma and great restaurants nearby. Beds were very comfortable. Hosts were very helpful and responsive.
Well stocked kitchen, nicely appointed clean home, accentuated by responsible hosts who were more than happy to do whatever was necessary in making our stay memorable
Great place for a short stay. Very well furnished and comfortable beds. Host communication was outstanding.

The house itself was great! Very clean, open and well kept. Master bed was comfortable. The kitchen was in good working order and well stocked with pots, pans, appliances etc. Both bathrooms were also nice.My problem was with the neighbors dogs! I am not sure if this is typical, but they barked off and on throughout the day and up until 10PM. So while enjoying the nice deck and relaxing, the dogs often ruined it. My other issue was more minor but disheartening. The grill, which we like to use on our trips, was covered in rodent droppings. The side shelves and inside the grill area stunk. This seems to be quite an oversight as it is shown and mentioned in the listing.
This is our second stay in the Sonoma area. The house was lovely, well-appointed, and in an excellent location close to everything. The neighborhood was beautiful and very quiet too!
Everything was as pictured and wonderfully homey. Location is wonderful - nothing was too far by any means, though we were secluded enough that we had privacy, quiet, and lovely views.
We were visiting both Napa and Sonoma and this location was convenient for both. A great value for a great location. The host was easy to reach before arrival and not needed during our 6 day stay.
Property was clean and convenientCould use updating with bedspreads and decorMaster tub could be converted into a walk in shower..difficult to get in and out
We came as a surprise trip for my husband's 40th birthday. The location was amazing, very central to everything we wanted to do. The house was extremely comfortable, especially relaxing by the fire with a bottle of wine every night! Bob and Diana were amazing hosts. If I could give it 10 stars I would!

House has a lot of potential but needs some work. Good space, but mattresses should be replaced. Deck steps need more support.
