The typical Italian, architecturally built, spacious and well maintained 8-person villa is located in a beautiful leafy area in the village of Tirrenia. This is a fantastic small, lively and still relatively unspoilt seaside resort
Mediterranean sea, near Pisa and various other historically and culturally famous places in Tuscany and near Umbria. Tirrenia is easy to reach, also by plane.
Pisa has an international airport. The travel time from the airport to the villa is only 15-20 minutes.
The villa is equipped with all comfort and conveniences. It has a good and spacious kitchen, several bathrooms, outside terraces and a garden. The villa is 800 meters from the Mediterranean Sea with a pleasant sandy beach and 500 meters from two golf courses with 18 or 9 holes. A beautiful ski area is located at 85 km.
The house is situated on the first floor with the main entrance on the left side of the villa, on the right the driveway with electric gate to the garden at the rear. It has a large garden with a very spacious terrace and also a huge roof terrace. The villa has a spacious entrance that leads to a separate sleeping area with 4 bedrooms, 3 toilets and 2 bathrooms.
The spacious living room turns into a study, the intermediate room leads to a large kitchen. In addition there is a utility room with a. A. Washing machine, extra fridge etc. The stairs in the patio take you to the roof terrace. The villa has a swimming pool, WiFi, an audio system and a flat-screen TV.
Opposite the villa is the small-scale Hotel Bristol with the possibility of renting a tennis court. (http: // www. bristol. it /)
The whole is ideal for a family of a maximum of 7 to 8 people or two to three couples.

The clean and cozy "Bagno Mary" stand is easy to reach on foot or by bike. You can enjoy a delicious lunch in the restaurant at Bagno Mary.

Wir hatten einen sehr guten Urlaub , über eine Woche vor Ort. Das Meer erreicht man in ca. 15 min zu Fuß. Der kostenlose Strand ist etwas weiter entfernt, lohnt sich aber.Das Haus ist absolut geräumig, großer Garten, Küche sehr gut ausgestattet, bequeme Betten.Großer Hof, elektrisches Tor. Für unsere Kinder mega Platz um sich auszubreiten.Einzig die Möbel und der Garten sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen, wenn man bspw die losen Platten im Garten wieder anbringt wirkt es gleich ganz anders. Pool war Anfang nichts gereinigt und grasgrün. Hat sich am 3. Tag Dank Roboter und dem sehr netten Gartenarbeiter gelöst. In Küche und Bad dürfte sauberer geputzt werden..wir sind nicht pingelig, aber wenn in der Küche wirklich viel von den Vormietern vorzufinden ist und keine Schublade raus geputzt, dann ist das doch etwas schwierig. Im Bad noch Haare und Co. Einfach etwas mehr darauf achten wäre toll. Wunderbar waren auch die Tipps und Erreichbarkeit des Gastgebers bzw. Desjenigen, der und empfangen hat. Alles in allem empfehlenswert.

Rymlig villa med potential

Kök,sovrum och badrum är väldigt rymliga och helt okej. Utrymmena runt om behövs fixas till, speciellt utekring och på takterrassen. Jacuzzi finns inte och poolen med trädäck är inte i bästa skick. Känns som man kan falla igenom trädäcket när som helst. Vi hade några strömavbrott under veckan som vi bodde där samt en husmus som bodde under köksbänken. Vi informerade husägaren som inte brydde sig. En helt okej vecka i huset men som helt klart kan bli bättre.

Tolles Grundstück, zuverlässiger Vermieter 👍🏼

Große geräumige Villa, tolles großes umzäuntes Gelände, mit Hund dafür super geeignet. Der Vermieter war immer erreichbar und hat sich sehr bemüht. Vielen Dank dafür. Die Villa ist teilweise etwas renovierungsbedürftig, aber für uns war alles vollkommen in Ordnung. Das einzige was für uns etwas störend war, ist dass einige Baustellen außen rum sind, dafür kann der Vermieter nichts, jedoch wäre es bestimmt für manche eine wichtige Information. Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt ♥️

Großartige Villa

Sehr großzügig geschnittene Villa mit enorm viel Platz für Familien mit Kind, Hund und viel Gepäck. Tolle Terrassen und Pool und sehr gut ausgestattete Küche für viele Hobbyköche und -Köchinnen. Wir haben es genossen.

ungepflegt und abgewohnt

Das Haus ist sehr geräumig, jedoch ist alles sehr in die Jahre gekommen und nicht in Stand gehalten. Dachterrasse ist vorhanden, sieht aber sehr ungepflegt bzw. ungemütlich aus. Im Innenhof steht Gerümpel herum, den man in seinem Urlaub so nicht sehen möchte. Leider wurde der Pool in keinster weise gepflegt. Hätten wir nicht selber Hand angelegt, dann hätten wir ihn gar nicht nutzen können. Für diesen Preis eine Enttäuschung... das kennen wir anders.... schade... eine Empfehlung für das Haus können wir nicht aussprechen.

Großes Stadthaus

Toller Urlaub in einem sehr schönen großen Haus was mit viel Liebe und Freude eingerichtet wurde. Man fühlt sich sehr wohl. Große Küche mit allem was benötigt wird, große Zimmer und schöne Terrassen. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Fantastiskt läge.

Helt underbar semesterbostad. Nära till golfbana , havet , centrum och till alla städer i Toscana. Stort och rymligt för 8 personer, poolen jättehärlig och en fantastisk utemiljö. Får även berömma Sara som var vår kontakt under vistelsen. Hon var otroligt snäll och hjälpsam . Vill varmt rekommendera detta semesterhus . M.V.H. Jeanette & Roland Schmid

Unkompliziert und gastfreundlich ♡

Das Ferienhaus war für uns eine gute Wahl. Wir konnten unseren Hund springen lassen, da das Gelände umzäunt ist. Das Haus ist leider etwas hellhörig. Was uns super gut gefallen hat, ist der Pool. Da hatten wir viel Spaß und er wurde auch rege von uns genutzt. Mit den zur Nutzung bereit gestellten Fahrräder haben wir die Gegend erkundet und sind viel zum Strand geradelt. Im Mai und Juni gibt es wohl die meisten Schnaken :-( das war weniger schön - unbedingt ein Abwehrspray mitnehmen. Positiv zu erwähnen wäre noch der Gasgrill und die Waschmaschine, welche wir nutzen durften.

Erholsamer Urlaub in einem riesigen Haus

Wir haben als Familie mit 3 Kindern einen herrlichen 3 wöchigen Sommerurlaub erlebt. Das Haus und die Zimmer sind riesengroß, Ausstattung und Zustand entsprechen der Beschreibung. Allerdings ist das Haus etwas 'in die Jahre' gekommen und könnte eine gründliche Renovierung/Modernisierung gut vertragen. Highlight war sicherlich der neue und topgepflegte, große private Pool mit angrenzender Holzterrasse, der ein Garant für viel Familienspaß war. Etwas nervig waren die vielen, nahezu geräuschlosen und kaum wahrnehmbaren Mücken gewesen, die uns alle vielfach 'zerstochen' hatten und bei denen auch die verschiedenen Anti-Mosquito Mittelchen nicht wirklich wirkten. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war einwandfrei. Sara und ihr Ehemann vor Ort waren sehr hilfsbereit und stets ansprechbar, vielen Dank dafür. Im Bagno Mary stehen 2 Liegen und 1 Schirm kostenlos zur Verfügung, das war ein toller Pluspunkt. Der Strand ist schön und familienfreundlich. Der Weg dorthin kann allerdings mit kleinen Kindern bei 34 Grad im Schatten recht lang werden. Tipp: Für einen kleinen Betrag kann das Auto direkt am Bagno Mary parken. Der Gärtner, der einmal pro Woche kommt, ist supernett, hätte aber die Möglichkeit, den wirklich großen Garten einmal richtig auf Vordermann zu bringen. Der Ort Tirrenia ist nicht zu groß und laut, wir empfanden ihn angenehm. Viele tolle Ausflüge kann man unternehmen, wir waren in Pisa, Lucca, dem wunderschönen mittelalterlichen Volterra sowie auf der tollen Insel Elba. Alles in Allem war es ein gelungener, schöner Urlaub für die ganze Familie.

Heerlijk ruim huis, meer dan compleet. Perfect toeven!

Fijn huis, ruim. Van alle gemakken en benodigdheden voorzien. Met naast in de keuken nog een extra koelkast met groot vriesvak. De kinderen konden de X-box zeer waarderen, de piano en uiteraard het zwembad 😀. Met twee families is het nog steeds ruim. Bedden zijn prima en ook de badkamers. De terrassen zijn groot, je kunt er de nodige schaduw creëeren. Tirrenia was in onze week (8 t/m 15 juli) wel heel druk, dus voor het strand gingen wij naar Marina di Pisa. Heerlijk eten daar ook bij de vele tentjes aan zee. Zeker een aanrader, dit huis!

Sehr schönes, grosszügiges Haus und gastfreundlicher Empfang

Es ist ein sehr schönes Haus mit grosser offener Küche und weitem Wohnbereich. Gut ausgerüstet auch mit vielen Kindereinrichtungen (die wir nicht brauchten). Ebenfalls grosszügige Terasse mit Grill und grossem Tische, Liegen etc. Alles sehr gut ausgerüstet mit Kissen etc. Hohe Räume und genügend Ecken, wo man sich zurückziehen kann. Unschlagbar der Empfang. Schnelle Kommunikation mit Whatsapp, unmittelbare Antworten innert max. 30 Min. Und bisher ungesehen: Ausgerüstet mit Pasta, Charcuterie, Getränken, Früchten und vieles mehr zum freien Verbrauch. Weit mehr als die üblichen Gewürzsammlungen. Dazu Blumentstrauss, Osterkuchen und Willkommenskarte. Sara, das war wunderbar!

Dejligt ophold

En kæmpe villa. Alt fungerede godt. Vi følte os hjemme. Dejlig pool. Tilpas afstand til byen og stranden. Grunden til stedet ikke får 5 stjerner er, at flere ting i huset bærer præg af ikke at være særlig velholdt.

Schöner Urlaub mit Kindern

Wir waren 3 Familien mit insgesamt 4 Kindern zwischen 2-5 Jahre. Es war ein toller Urlaub. Genügend Rückzugsort für jede Familie, aber auch genug gemeinsame Fläche bzw. Spielfläche. Großer Pool, toller Grill, toll ausgestattete Küche mit reichlich Geschirr. Bei längerem und sehr starkem Regen tröpfelt es durch das Dach in die Küche (einziger kleiner Kritikpunkt). Weg zum Strand ist mit Kinderwagen problemlos machbar. Vom Vermieter empfohlener Strand ist sehr sehr schön. In der ersten Septemberwoche war dieser fast schon leer - einfach toll, wenn man nicht wie Ölsardine an Ölsardine liegt. Wir würden sofort wieder hinfahren.

Lovely place!

We were two families with four children in the age 3-9, and we rented the villa for two weeks inlate june/ early The main impression was very good, the villa is huge and very well equipped in every way. The bedrooms are spacious, and everything was clean when we came and the beds were already made when we came (we rented linens and towels from Hotel Bristol). Antonio came everyday to clean the pool and was very helpful all the time. It was very hot, so the pool was used all the time, and the size was perfect for our childrens ages. Tirrenia is very nice and quiet little place, but have many good resturants along the beach. It is also a quick drive to the city of Pisa, where you can reach the train to for example Florence in 40 minutes (expresstrain). We can really reccomend this place :)

Lovely villa

Lovely villa, which helped us to enjoy a 10-day stay with our 3 young children and another family of 4 (two adults and two children). The location was good, facilities were fine, and space was ample for all of us. Some suggestions for improvement could be to update some of the facilities, such the kettle and coffee maker, and perhaps provide a microwave. The bathrooms may need modernising at some point. There was also a little issue with ants in the property... Other than these issues, everything else was fine and we had a lovely, memorable holiday. Thank you.

We had a wonderful stay in Villa Felci!

We had a wonderful stay in Villa Felci. Everything from the communication before our arrival, the description of the house and the hand-over of keys was perfect. We really liked, that the house was fully equiped and a lot of things were provided (water, spices, noodles, washing powders etc.). That was really hospitably! The house has a great terrace with sun loungers which we enjoyed a lot. We've been there at the beginning of april, so we didn't dare to use the pool (too cold); but it looked very inviting and must be really refreshing during the summer season. The house is located in a quite, nice area, pretty close to the beaches and the aiport of Pisa is only 15-20 minutes away by car. We really recommend this place. It's perfect for families or groups of friends. Thanks a lot!!!

wow! villone!

Abbiamo soggiornato a villa Felci per una settimana: 2 famiglie di 4 adulti, 4 bambini di età diverse e un cane ... eravamo un po' preoccupati per la convivenza. Appena siamo arrivati siamo rimasti stupiti, ci è sembrato di arrivare nella casa di un amico premuroso: abbiamo trovato giochetti per i bimbi, una lavagna con gessetti nuovi, televisione con wii e nintendo, connessione internet, la casa era enorme, pulitissima e attrezzata .... ognuno ha trovato il suo spazio e abbiamo passato una bella vacanza. Il mare è vicino, negozi e servizi vari anche.
