We were very pleased with ALL aspects of the camp experience. We found that the property had everything we needed. We are hoping to be able to get the camp again next year.
The lake house was amazing, no distractions or loud sounds. The view was just amazing. The owners were super friendly and provided everything we need. Such a wonderful stay!
3 night stay for a girls weekend. Was an amazing lake to stay at. Owner was super friendly and very responsive. Central location to a lot of good hiking trails. Would definitely stay again!
Lovely house with everything we needed. Would’ve booked again this year but it was already booked up!

It was a relaxing week and my two grandchildren made swift friends with the children next door. They enjoyed the lake tremendously. Swimming and going out in the paddle boat, They learned to do flips off of the floating dock. A neighbor gave us a handful of sparklers so that was fun. If you’re looking for a true, no frills, back in the day lake stay then you will be ok. No dishwasher. Stove front was filthy. Inside of screen door filthy. Tiny bathroom, especially the shower. We are tall people and the shower was a challenge. I get that it’s an old, traditional, probably turn of the 20th century lake cabin, however, there needs to be a little more attention paid to its cleanliness. Sitting on the sofa you can see dirt where the cleaner hasn’t taken the time to run the mop under it. Also, the back deck light doesn’t work and apparently hasnt worked for a long time. And it’s too bad because the deck is lovely!! The table umbrella was completely busted and apparently has been for a while. The neighbor let us borrow one. It’s a quiet lake and our time was spent relaxing.

Thank you for your input. We have installed a new umbrella and brought these concerns to the cleaning company we use.
The Sandy Beach Oasis does not disappoint! Right on the water, we had a perfect swimming spot and amazing views. The house was clean and comfortable. All our needs for a beautiful lake weekend were exceeded! Thanks for sharing your space with us.
The house was right on the lake with its small private beach. The water was clean and shallow so our kids enjoyed playing in the sand and water. Highly recommend to someone who wants to come away from the daily hectic schedule. Host was very accommodating too.
Long overdue family vacation! Enjoyed the sun (when we had it)! Loved the water and floats. Close to restaurants. Great location! Lit the fire pit each night! Used the grill to barbeque. Lots of family time with swimming, chatting, and games!!!!
As a Christmas gift, my husband and I decided to book a getaway with my parents and our three kids. We could not have picked a more perfect spot. From the kayaks to the paddle boards to the dock to fish from and the sandy beach, the Sandy Beach Oasis had everything we were looking for. If you’re looking for a break from the hustle and bustle, this is your spot. Neighbors are close but so friendly. The sunsets were gorgeous, too. I could go on and on. We absolutely loved it and are grateful for the memories.

I love that you loved the cottage. It a very special place for sure.
We (two adults & two kids) stayed here for a week in the summer. It was great. About an hour to Lake Winnipesaukee (Wolfsborough or Laconia) for things to do. Not much close, so we did mostly day trips. The house was not clean- it’s a cabin. It was good enough, but not clean. The back deck and the lake were perfect though and that’s really what we went for. There are a few concrete steps down to a sandy beach perfect for the kids. The doc was fun to fish off of. The sunsets were beautiful. Would definitely recommend to a family looking for a quiet getaway.
Gorgeous lake with great views. Property could use some work. Chairs on deck were ripping. Advertosed a Keurig so i purchased a box of kcups and no keurig when we got there. Small old coffee pot that made 2 cups of coffee. No glasses for juice or drinks. Pots were very worn. No propane so i ended up making burgers on the stove the first night. Owner was friendly and easy to reach.
The lake house is great! Neighbors were so kind and welcoming. (Not super private if that is what you are looking for). Views of the lake while laying in bed. Sandy beach with steps into the crystal clear water. Soft sandy bottom for quite a way out. Kayaks, floats, lounge chairs all provided. We had to reach out to Layce one time but she was so responsive! We would absolutely rent here again!
