Imagine sitting on the deck, having that morning cup of coffee, looking at the beautiful views of Mt. Shaw or watching the kids play on the sandy beach.

On most evenings and mornings, you'll be treated to the sound of the Loons currently calling Pine River Pond home. At night, while enjoying the campfire, walk to the dock, lay down and watch the stars. It's rare that you don't catch a glimpse of a shooting star.

Whether your sipping cocktails in the Adirondack chairs or napping in the hammock after a round of golf, you'll be sure to truly relax on this vacation.

North Conway outlet shops and White Mountains are 45 minutes north. Wolfboro and Lake Winnipesaukee 20 minutes west. Horseback riding close by.

With future generations in mind, our home uses LED lighting, high efficiency furnace, instant hot water heater and has new thermal windows. We have an Electric Vehicle, Level 2 charger and recycle plastic, cardboard, aluminum and metal cans. Due to its characteristic as both sustainable and biodegradable, we choose wood for our siding, as well as the interior walls and ceilings of our home The property is landscaped so as to minimize any potential rain water run-off into the lake and we have been awarded the Lake Smart Award by NH Lakes.

Great house with direct access to the lake

Our rental exceeded expectations for our annual fishing trip! The spacious house comfortably accommodated our group. From well-equipped amenities to a stunning lakeside location, everything was awesome. A perfect blend of comfort and adventure, making our stay memorable. Highly recommend for any group getaway!

Fantastic place to stay in NH

Tom and Shelly go above and beyond to make their home comfortable for their guests. The entire property is immaculate and beautiful and they are extremely thoughtful in terms of amenities. They are also very friendly and did everything to make sure our stay was perfect. We had an amazing visit and it was very convenient to attend a nearby wedding.

Shelly and Tom Daniels grew up in the Boston area. Tom from Medfield and Shelly from Newburyport. We lived in Newburyport before work took us to Minnesota and Maryland and then back to Newburyport. After vacationing with our 4 kids at multiple lakes around New Hampshire and Maine, we just fell in love with Pine River Pond, the crystal clear water, and the outstanding views of Mount Shaw (Castle in the Clouds) from our property.

In fact, we liked it so much, we bought the house next door and now live there year-round.

Great 4-season house. Whether you are looking for a weekend getaway, winter ice fishing, fall foliage, snowmobiling or looking to ski.

The water here is crystal clear. Not to scare you, but if you look off the docks and into the water, you'll see fish swimming around. Sandy beach, great views. Location, location, location.

This is a great 4-season house for that multi-generational vacation. Gentle sloping property makes it easy to get around. Adults can sit on the deck and keep an eye on the kids playing on the beach or in the water.
