Guests will also have access to 2 paddle boards, 2 kayaks, and 1 canoe, adding to the fun and exploration on the lake.

Inside, you'll find an open-concept living and dining area, complete with a cozy wood fireplace, ideal for gathering with family and friends. The updated kitchen is fully equipped for all your culinary needs, making it easy to prepare meals while enjoying the view. The living room opens to a sunny 3-season porch, providing the perfect spot to unwind with a book or enjoy your morning coffee.

Step outside to the deck, where you can grill dinner on the BBQ and dine at the high-top table while overlooking the lake. After a day of exploring, relax in the hot tub on the patio or rinse off in the outdoor shower before settling in for the evening. The home comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests, with a king bed, queen bed, two bunk beds, and single twin bed, including a cozy spot under a low slanted ceiling.

Pet Policy:
*Guests bringing dog(s) are required to pay an additional pet fee of $175 per dog (maximum of 1 dog).
*Strictly no cats are allowed.
*All guests with dogs must adhere to our house rules for pets.
*Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their dogs and disposing of waste properly in the designated bins.
A $250 additional fee will be charged for violations of these rules.

Outdoor Area: Please be aware that off the back porch and down to the water's edge, there is a gently sloped yard with no steps or railings. We kindly ask you to be mindful of this when enjoying the outdoor area.

Boating Safety: NH law requires that a life preserver be present on any boat; it does not need to be worn but must be on the boat. The NH boat police will issue tickets for non-compliance.

Parking: Free parking is available for up to 3 vehicles.

Air Conditioning: Window air conditioning units are only available in the Sunroom and the hallway on the 2nd floor. Other areas, including the bedrooms, are equipped with fans.

Grill: We ask our guests to clean the grill after use or before check out as a courtesy to the next guests otherwise, additional $35 fee will be charged for cleaning the grill. Thank you!

Please make sure to bring your own beach towels as we only provide bath towels.

Ice: Please note that we do not have an ice maker available on the premises, we kindly request that guests bring their own ice if needed.

Winter time: Given the harsh and unpredictable New England weather, we do not guarantee that deck will be cleared off during the winter time. We're hoping for your understanding!
