This beautiful vacation home has been professionally decorated and transformed into a beautiful sanctuary for your next vacation. The open floor plan includes a large living area with a sleeper sofa and a flat-screen TV. The dining table welcomes family dinners and more with seating for 6. The pass-through breakfast bar has 2 barstools. The kitchen is nicely updated and is fully equipped and ready to take on your favorite meals while away from home. The Primary bedroom is furnished with a King size bed and a flat-screen TV and has french doors that lead to the balcony with views of the Atlantic Ocean. The attached primary bath has a separate walk-in shower and a whirlpool tub. The two guest bedrooms share a second full bath. The first guest room is furnished with a King-Size bed and a TV, and the second has two Queen beds. There is a guest powder room adjacent to the living area as well. Guests will enjoy the ability to stream their favorite programming from Smart TVs in the Living Room, and Guest bedrooms 1 and 2. Brass Rail Condos is a Mediterranean-style gated condo community on the south end of Tybee Island. Brass Rail 206 is located only 30 yards from the beach and within walking distance to restaurants, shopping, the pier, and more.
