Wonderful for large groups!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Loved the balconies, pool, location…the kids room upstairs was perfect for the 6 kids we had in our group. Beach is super close. I would rent again with a big group!

House was great for 7 adults and 5 kids (ages 5-10). Pool was used a lot. Alligator in the lagoon was a daily visitor!

Great location, walkable to the beach, pool area nice, bunk room was great for the kids, screened in porch was nice. Needed more basic items like toilet paper, garbage bags and hand soap for sinks, a broom and it would have been nice to have a griddle for cooking. Having had 14 people in our party these items ran out quickly. Also we assumed that each bedroom would have its own bathroom which wasn't the case. Also the house was much smaller than expected especially for our large group.

For larger groups and longer stays, additional supplies are typically needed and are the responsibility of the guest. We also understand your disappointment regarding the home's layout. To help guests determine whether a property is the right fit for their group, the complete bedroom and bathroom configuration is outlined in the "Rooms and Beds" section of the VRBO listing, including which bedrooms share bathrooms. The home's square footage and layout are also accurately represented throughout the listing. We strive to be as transparent as possible so guests can make informed decisions before booking. Great Stay!

We had a great time during our stay at this new property. Candice was very responsive whenever I contacted her during the trip. The kids enjoyed the pool and having their own space to hang out. The location was central to everything in the area we wanted to do. My only recommendation would be to add more/better cookware and plastic containers to store leftovers in the refrigerator. Overall, it was a great stay!

Great family getaway

3 branches of our family traveled on spring break to stay at this home. It suited our party well as far as beds, baths etc. The location was perfect with an easy walk to the beach and safe biking trails nearby for the teens. Everything was clean and accessible. The only real complaint we had was it really could use a fridge in the garage or a second one somewhere. We had to make multiple grocery trips because feeding 13 people for a week requires lots of cold storage! We higy recommend this property

Beautifully decorated home

The only complaint I have is the distance to the beach. It took longer than 12 minutes to get there and it was further than .3 miles. It was more like one mile and 20 minutes.

Well I am so glad you gave the property 5 stars! Thank you! I will say if you go on google maps the distance from the neighborhood gate to the Folly Field Beach Entrance is .03 of a mile as the listing states . From this exact property it is .06 per google maps.. Not a mile but slightly over a half of a mile. . We do provide beach carts and many guests use golf carts, bikes or drive.. Every guest is different and we respect that but as the reviews show, 99 percent do not find our direct walk in the shaded path to be too bad. Thanks again for staying and we are so glad you loved the actual home!

Awesome. Great property and location.

Plenty of room for 11 people. Teenagers had their own room. Easy walk to beach and convenient to grocery stores, restaurants and shopping. Small pool was great for kids to play and allow for adults to cool down after day at the beach.

Our stay was amazing! The location was great and the kids loved having their own floor of the house. The pool was slightly smaller than expected, but we still had a great time.
