Une maison bien située et très belle vue sur le golf

La maison est bien située et pratique, la vue sur le golf est très belle. Les propriétaires ont été extrêmement gentils, quel plaisir de voir qu'il existe encore des personnes comme ça. Le seul petit bémol pour nous a été l'eau de la piscine que nous avons trouvé un peu froide car nous sommes frileux.

Location parfaite pour vacances en famille!

Nous avons passe de merveilleuses vacances à Soustons Plage. Nous sommes une famille de 5 et cette maison correspond parfaitement à nos besoins : quartier tranquille près de la plage et de toutes les commodités, air climatise, piscine, terrasse couverte, etc.Le propriétaire est très sympathique et organisé. Il répond aux emails et aux questions très rapidement. La maison était d’une propreté irréprochable a notre arrivée.

Our second visit

We visited again for the second year running as we enjoy the area and property so much. The owner Jan is great to deal with and speaks good english for those that are not fluent in french. He and his wife have everything ready for your arrival and are always there to help. Will return in 2020.

Quiet villa in Souston

The owner personally greeted us on Saturday night even though we could not arrive before 22.30hrs. Jan has great command of the English language and quickly showed us around the villa explaining what was where and how it all worked. He then left us with a lovely bottle of wine to sort ourselves out and settle in. The villa is wonderfully appointed with machines and gadgets to help everyone enjoy their stay. There is plenty of space to spread out and seek some solitude if required no matter what the weather! The decor is simple which means the whole place is easy to keep clean and tidy with plenty of storage areas around the home. Unless you like golf, bike riding or walking most action pastimes are a short drive away as are the nearest supermarkets, shops and restaurants. However, once your fridges are full, we found there is little need to leave the bbq or pool!!

Great base to enjoy the area

There were eight of us who stayed at the villa and we had a great time. The property is well located for all that the local area has to offer, and only a short bike ride from Soustons beach and Vieux Boucau. The owner Jan is very helpful and made sure we had everything we needed, including bikes to get around the various cycle paths that connect the nearby villages. The property itself is in good order and has all the comforts from home that you require. The outlook is great being located beside Pinsolle golf course, with the lake in the background all sat beside the swimming pool. Would definitely recommend.

Sehr schönes Haus in herrlicher Lage

Das Haus grenzt direkt an den Golfplatz, mit einer schönen Aussicht auf einen See. Es ist gut geschnitten und es war alles was man braucht,ausreichend, vorhanden. Die Besitzer sind sehr nett und empfangen einem herzlich. Der Dorfkern ist in 8 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad zu erreichen und am Meer ist man in 5 Minuten. Wer sich nicht an ein paar Golfern, die auf dem Platz vorbei laufen, stört findet dort eine sehr schöne Ferienunterkunft zum wohlfühlen.
