Spacious house surrounded by vineyards

Pretty house of 170 m2 ideally located to visit Provence: 10 minutes from Chateauneuf du Pape, 10 minutes from Orange, 20 minutes from Avignon and Pont du Gard and 30 minutes from Nimes.
Enjoy in a garden of 2000 m2, in the middle of two hectares of vines in our 4x8 pool. The large terrace with pergola and the pool house allow you to fully enjoy the garden.
House and garden not overlooked fully equipped with a large living room of 55m2, open kitchen, 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets and a laundry room with washing machine and dryer.
You will appreciate the air conditioning of the floor which tempers the house in case of big heat.

Belle maison bien au calme

La maison répond aux attentes. L'emplacement est agréable, bien au calme au milieu des vignes. La terrasse est ombragée, idéale pour les repas. L'air conditionné permet de se rafraîchir en cas de fortes chaleurs, de même que la piscine.

Fantastique maison dans une belle région

Nous étions 2 familles (5 adultes et 4 enfants en bas âge de 1 a 3ans). La maison est super bien équipée, tout est de bonne qualité et pour les enfants le 1er étage est sécurisé par une solide barrière. La piscine est superbe et la vue aussi sur les vignes! Nous avons passé un excellent séjour et reviendrons avec plaisir! (Il y a un chat dans la propriété, tres gentil qui a beaucoup amusé les enfants - il faut juste penser à le nourrir!)

Maison très agréable dans un très beau cadre, au calme et proche de toutes les commodités (à 5-10 mn). Particulièrement bien située pour visiter la région. La maison est bien équipée et confortable. La piscine est top. Toute la famille a adoré. Je recommande!

Super mooi huis tussen de wijngaarden.

Wij hebben met 4 volwassenen en 4 kinderen twee schitterende weken doorgebracht in dit prachtige huis! Heerlijk zwembad, leuke tuin met schaduwplekjes onder de bomen. Alles was prima in orde en de eigenaars zijn schitterende mensen. Heel veel leuke dorpjes en steden (Orange en Avignon) dicht in de buurt maar wij hebben vooral genoten van de rust en de luxe van het huis, zwembad en tuin! Een aanrader!
