Small Italian House with character near the Italian Lakes

Rent a house located in Italy in Piedmont halfway between Milan and Turin, 30km from the tourist highlights of the lake region (Lake Maggiore and Lake Orta).
This rental is located at the foot of the Italian pre-Alps, and close to the region where the famous Arborio rice is produced. It is famous for these great Piedmontese red wines, Gattinara, Bramaterra, Bocca, Ghemme etc. It is located in a small typical Italian village at the top of a small hill called "Santa-Maria" located 1km from "San Maurizio" where you can find all the amenities: La Poste, Bakery, Grocery, Butcher, Bank, Market Thursday morning, Bar Tabac etc….

It is easily accessible as it is close to the Milan-Turin motorway (20km A4, Carisio exit) and located 55km from Milan Malpensa Airport (MI) and 80km from Sandro-Pertini Turin-Caselle Airport (TO).

It includes two rooms of 20m² each.
On the ground floor is an equipped kitchen (electric oven, gas hob, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, wood stove) with a sitting area including a sofa that can be used as a sleeping for two people and a television with French channels by satellite as well as toilets.
Upstairs is a large bedroom with a double bed and a large closet.
On the upstairs landing is a fully equipped bathroom (sink, shower, toilet and washing machine). Small baby bed and high chair
The house also includes a cellar in the basement and a garage located 20m from the house.

Die Kommunikation mit Georges war unkompliziert. Die Nachbarin ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung liegt geschickt für Ausflüge in Richtung Lago Maggiore und Lago d‘Orta, aber auch in Richtung verschiedener Naturschutzgebiete. Aufgepasst: Bei unserer Anreise hat uns Google zu einem falschen Haus geleitet. Wir hatten eine ziemliche Stechmückenplage, also Schutzspray einpacken. Wir können die Unterkunft wärmstens empfehlen.

Petite maison très atypique, c'est pour cela que nous l'avons choisie, environnement très calme et voisinage très sympathique Il faut tout de même une voiture pour les déplacements Petite astuce prévoir de l'anti moustique, petits mais féroces , dû a la présence des rizières aux alentours Séjour très agréable Je recommande

Milano et Lacs italiens

Gite situé à 1h des lacs italiens : Côme, majeur et 40 min lac d'orta. Milano à 1h. En été, attention aux moustiques le soir. Gite agréable et atypique. Nuit parfois aboiements de chiens. Propre avec tout le confort. Voisins sympathiques.

Nell'annuncio non era specificato che le due stanze sono separate da una scala esterna che si raggiunge passando dalla strada. Per non far dormire la figlia da sola abbiamo dovuto portare nella matrimoniale il materasso del divano letto ed appoggiarlo in terra. Diversamente da quanto citato nell'annuncio (Sicurezza: illuminazione) la scala ed il ballatoio non erano in nessun modo illuminati (tre lampade non funzionanti - a proposito: grazie Cinzia per la lampada LED!). La televisione ha SOLO canali francesi. Ambiente "popolato" da numerose zanzare e non abbiamo trovato assolutamente niente per proteggerci. Unica nota posiiva la disponibilità e la cordialità di Cinzia, di Santa e delle altre persone residenti nel piccolo borgo di Santa Maria.

Buogiorno Gianni . Grazie per le vostre critiche. Sono importanti per migliorare l'accoglienza. Abbiamo parlato prima del tuo arrivo che c'era un divano convertibile nel soggiorno. Mi dispiace per le luci che non funzionano per l'accesso al piano di sopra. E' vero che non ne sentiamo il bisogno a luglio quando veniamo, ma mi rendo conto che è importante. La questione sarà risolta l'anno prossimo. Dirò anche che abbiamo la televisione con canali francesi e tedeschi. Metterò un'antenna per i canali italiani. Indicherò anche nell'annuncio che l'accesso al piano avviene tramite una scala esterna come un certo numero di vecchie case (ce ne sono tre in questa strada).La famiglia che è venuta poco prima di te ha trovato la casa pulita e confortevole con tutto il Il tasso di affitto è basso e corrisponde a questo tipo di casa. Purtroppo per le zanzare, sono ovunque in Piemonte. Veniamo 3 settimane a luglio e non ne abbiamo mai in camera e raramente in cucina. Ti fa essere disciplinato ed entrare quando la luce è spenta nella stanza. Nonostante questi problemi che hai sollevato spero che tu abbia avuto un piacevole soggiorno Cordialiti Georges
