Superbe vue de la terrasse

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour ! L’appartement est situé sur les hauteurs du lac et la terrasse est vraiment agréable avec une vue à couper le souffle. L’appartement est situé au deuxième et dernier étage . Dommage que l’ascenseur était en panne. L’appartement est assez spacieux et propre sauf la vaisselle qui n’avait pas été faite correctement par les locataires précédents. Dans l’ensemble, un agréable séjour (5 nuits) !

Beautyful

Het uitzicht op het terras is waar je dit appartement voor boekt. Het is echt zoals op de site! Prachtig! Hou er rekening mee dat je 4 trappen op moet en de lift is stuk. ( het lijkt er op dat deze voorlopig niet gemaakt gaat worden maar, ik kan het mis hebben ) Ook is er een wegomleiding waardoor je met even een broodje halen een 45 minuten verder bent. Sowieso zit je een beetje afgelegen. Beide zijn geen probleem als je daar rekening mee houd. Vraag het vooral aan Fabio, de eigenaar! Een hele fijne correcte man die je alles wil vertellen en uitleggen ook over de omgeving als je dit wenst. Verwacht geen luxe maar alles is netjes en schoon! Ook hebben we prima geslapen en in de avond genoten van alle lampjes aan de overkant van het meer, ook prachtig. Kortom, een fijn verblijf! Dank je wel Fabio. Groetjes Mark en Melanie

Wahnsinns-Aussicht

Der Ortasee ist wunderschön und war - zumindest im März - sehr ruhig und nicht überlaufen. Zum Wandern nicht so steil, wie z. B. am Comersee. Der Blick vom Appartement aus auf die Insel ist grandios und hat uns morgens und abends in seinen Bann gezogen. Die Wohnung ist stilvoll eingerichtet und sauber und wir haben alles gefunden, was man so erwartet. Der Vermieter ist ein echter Schatz, wir hatten einen guten Kontakt und haben ihn sehr gemocht. Einziger kleiner Minuspunkt: Es fehlt ein Bild der Wohnanlage von außen. Das mehrstöckige Haus ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und steht in den Wintermonaten anscheinend meistgehend leer, was Ruhesuchende aber gewiss nicht stört.

Ausblick de Luxe

Die Wohnung ist ruhig und schön gelegen und bietet einen tollen Blick auf den Ortasee. Zum Einkaufen muss man halt mit dem Auto fahren oder sich die letzten 3-4 Kilometer mit dem Fahrrad nach oben schrauben. Dann hat man sich das schöne Abenessen auf der Terasse auch verdient.

A very nice, pleasant place in beautiful surroudings with al lot of different things to do. The apartment is spacious, pleasant and equipped with wat you need. It has a very nice view and it was very quiet (in dec-jan).

Aussicht überragend

Madonna del Sasso liegt 200 Höhenmeter über dem Ortasee. Von der Wohnung hat man einen Blick nahezu über den gesamten See bis fast nach Mailand. Die Wohnung selbst liegt im 2. Stock eines vermutlich in den 1970er Jahren errichteten Gebäudes mit insg. 18 Wohnungen. Der vorhande Aufzug schien schon länger defekt. Von den 18 Wohnungen waren im Juni 2023 nur 1-2 zweitweise bewohnt. Die Wohnung selbst befindet sich auf 2 Etagen: das 1. Schlafzimmer direkt hinter dem Einang durch Möbel und Vorhänge abgetrennt, das 2. Schlafzimmer in einem separaten Raum und das Bad. Ein Treppe führt in den Wohn- Eß- und Kochbereich - mit 2. WC. Manche Möbel und Kücheneinrichtung ist in die Jahr gekomen und einer wäre einer Erneuerung nicht abgeneigt. Bettbezüge und Gas müssen separat bezahlt werden, wobei es keine Bezüge sondern nur Leintücher sind - aber das findet man außerhalb Dtl.s ja nur sehr selten. Für das separate Schlafzimmer gibt es nur eine gemiensame große Decke mit 2 älteren Matratzen mit gemeinsamem Spannbettuch. Auch hier könnte eine anere Lösung hilfreich sein. Die Terrasse im 2. Stock hinter einer Glasschiebetüre bietet jenen grandiosen Ausblick. Sie ist teilweise überdacht, was aber bei den mit starkem Wind verbunden Regenfällen währned unseres Aufenhaltes auch keine Alternative war. Die vermutlich 40 Jahre alte Zanussi-Waschmaschine ohne Anleitung in Betrieb zu nehmen war eine kleine Herausfordernung, die man aber meisten kann. Für eine vierköpfige Familie gut geeignet.

Die Lage oberhalb des Ortasees ist wunderschön. Auf der Terasse hat man einen wunderbaren Blick auf den See und auf die Insel. Die Wohnung ist groß und es war alles vorhanden, was wir brauchten. Für die Terasse gab es auch einen Grill. Negativ aufgefallen ist uns, dass die Wohnung nach kalten Zigarettenrauch riecht. Die Einrichtung sieht auf den Fotos ebenfalls neuer aus, als sie ist. Auch die Matratzen sind nicht mehr die Neuesten und es gab kein WLAN. Die Umgebung scheint ziemlich ausgestorben, viele Häuser wirken unbewohnt. Uns hat das nicht gestört, wir mochten die Ruhe.

Wunderschöner Ausblick auf den Ortasee und Umgebung

Die Dachterasse des Appartements ist einmalig! Das zweistöckige Appartement hat insgesamt 3 Sitzgelegenheiten draussen, jede mit ihrem eigenen Charme;-) Schlafzimmer, Küche, Bad lassen keine Wünsche übrig.... Danke!!!

The owner are very nice but the cleaning is terrible

Fabio, the owner of property is super nice, he prepare everything before we come and extend our stay for free as my.birtvday gift. However, the cleaning is the terrible, the bathrooms are totally unacceptable; there are not included towels, normally there would be carpets for drying, but there are no carpets, as a result, all the bathroom are wet after showers. Moreover, the most horrible things are: the drains are full of hairs inside, there are no way to let the water out when taking showers, if was flooding!! My husband even helped them to clean it in order to make the drain functional. At last but not least, the heating needs to pay by the clients, there is €3 per meter, and we do not know how to make it work, so we stay very cold at night time while we we stay there for 5 nights.

Vista e Location eccelenti

La casa dispone delle attrezzature necessarie per una vacanza che non fa dimenticare la comodità della propria casa . Alcune cose però potrebbero essere migliorate come l'attrezzatura e la cura del terrazzo vero "punto forte" della casa. La vista era veramente fantastica ed era accessibile e godibile anche durante le brutte giornate che si sono presentate durante il mio soggiorno. Per il resto anche l'utilizzo del parcheggio riservato era ottimo. La ricezione dei segnali sia radio che tv ( ed internet ) era più che soddisfacente e non ha fatto mancare le comunicazioni sui " social " a cui tanto tengono i giovani che erano presenti in questa mia vacanza .

Mooi uitzicht, verouderde woning

De woning was niet schoon, er lag stof op de bedden van de kinderen. Viezige keuken en badkamer. Verouderde pannen en apparatuur. Het appartement is ruim, dat is fijn, maar geen WiFi, geen airco, niet meer van deze tijd. Heel veel prullaria in huis, dat met veel stof bedekt was. Het water is er niet drinkbaar, bruinig van kleur. Het uitzicht maakt veel goed, dat was prachtig. Dit betekent wel dat je elke dag 15 minuten omlaag moet rijden om bij een winkel of iets dergelijks moet komen.

Gute Ferienwohnung

Schöne Ferienwohnung mit einer grandiosen Ausblicksterasse. Ausstattung gut und sehr sauber, vieles jedoch in die Jahre gekommen wie auch das Haus selbst. Sehr freundlicher Empfang durch italienische Haushälterin, Verständigung auf italienisch bzw. mit Händen und Füßen. Dicker Pluspunkt: ein techn. Problem wurde in kürzester Zeit behoben. Der Ortasee selbst ist sehr schön, jedoch mit wenigen öffentlichen Bademöglickeiten, man muss etliches an Fahrzeit einplanen.

wunderschönste Terrasse

Schnellste, freundliche und unkomplizierte Abwicklung mit dem Vermieter Abwicklug vor Ort auch mit sehr netter Dame, die allerdings nur Italienisch sprach, was ich, da wir kein Italienisch sprechen, erschwerend fand Die Wohnung war relativ sauber, hat meinen Sauberkeitsansprüchen jedoch nicht genügt und wir haben den Küchenbereich(Schränke innen und außen) geputzt. In den Schränken lag auch viel Unbrauchbares herum. Um die Wohnung noch attraktiver zu machen, sollte der Vermieter gründlich ausmisten und Kaputtes ersetzen ( ich teilte ihm das schon mit und er fand die Rückmeldung hilfreich) Das 2. Schlafzimmer hat nur einen Vorhang als Abtrennung zum Flur. Das sollte aus dem Beschreibungstext der Wohnung klar herausgestellt werden. Der Aufenthalt auf der Terrasse ist Erholung pur Als Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen fanden wir den Standort gut geeignet. Man ist auch in einer Viertelsstunde Autofahrt an Badestellen oder anderen Ausgangspunkten für Wanderungen

Erholung pur

Da ich schon einmal in der Wohnung 1 Woche verbracht habe wusste ich, was mich erwartet. Auch dieses Mal war es wieder sehr schön. Vom Vermieter fühlt man sich gut betreut. Nur die Terrasse sollte mal , was die Möbel betrifft, in Ordnung gebracht werden. Ansonsten ein traumhafter Ort, den wir immer weiter empfehlen.

Ferragosto am Ortasee

Wir haben einen sehr schönen Urlaub in der Wohnung von Sig. Fabio in den Bergen über dem Ortasee in Madonna del Sasso verlebt! Was uns besonders gut gefallen hat, war die Terrasse mit dem tollen Blick über den gesamten Ortasee in die italienischen und Schweizer Berge bis hin nach Mailand. Außerdem liegt die Wohnung sehr ruhig, ist sehr gut aufgeteilt, gut ausgestattet und sehr geschmackvoll und mit viel Liebe eingerichtet. Man merkt ganz einfach, dass der Besitzer Architekt ist und ein Händchen für die Inneneinrichtung hat. ;-) – Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!!

Vue exceptionnelle..

La vue est vraiment exceptionnelle,malheureusement l appartement n est pas fait pour 2 couples il n y a qu une chambre et non deux. Un manque de pression d eau à toute heure de la journée.. Idéal pour une famille avec 2 enfants. Très bon accueil de la part de Fabio.

Nous avons été enchantés ...

Nous avons été enchantés de notre séjour : le grand "Plus" de cet appartement est la vue exceptionnelle sur le lac d'Orta et la petite ile San Giulio à visiter ! L'appartement est complet, confortable, bien équipé. La décoration est à la fois actuelle et est une invitation au voyage ! Les alentours sont très jolis et sont un lieu touristique. Nous avons fait abstraction de l'immeuble qui est quelconque avec un aspect extérieur peu "attractif". Les 2 places de parking sont aussi les bienvenus. C'est un havre de paix.

"Vista panoramica sul Lago D''Orta a dir poco straordinaria. E'' abbastanza facile trovare l''appartamento se si fa riferimento al santuario di Madonna del Sasso. Ideale per chi vuole trascorre qualche giorno in assoluta tranquillità."
