Between Ancient Walls. An oasis of relaxation
Our romantic apartment is located in a house dating back to 1696, which has retained its charm over time. From here it is possible to reach in one hour by car, places of interest such as Valle d'Aosta, Milan, Turin, Lakes, Langhe, Monferrato, 70 square meters of tranquility. Large spaces, with exposed beams. And the terrace facing south. Between the ancient and thick walls, rest and tranquility are guaranteed!
For long stays, discounted rates are provided.
Direct access to the lounge and veranda. Front garden and private parking.
At Ca 'Guala we use the Sign Language, LIS.
DEAF GUESTS can easily get all the information!
The first time I saw my house, I had the feeling of being in the countryside, while instead it is in the town center, a few steps from the Town Hall.
The three-arched portico had and bears the signs of a distant agricultural and wine-making activity; the court has remained intact.
I wanted to respect the "soul" of the house, reusing the original materials and maintaining its original appearance, helped by the fact that the house has an extremely solid structure.
In short, love at first sight!

Het Italiaanse gevoel met een hele fijne gastvrouw
Ons verblijf was fantastisch in een origineel oud Italiaans huis. Mooi in stand gehouden gebouw en toch zeer gerieflijk. Goede uitvalbasis voor, zowel de bergen als bijvoorbeeld Turijn of Biella. De gastvrouw geeft veel informatie over wat er zoal te zien en te doen is in de regio.

Pause in Valdengo/ Biella
Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist gemütlich und auch warm. Der Blick aus der Küche über die Dächer ist für mich italienisch.
Der Kontakt mit Melania war unkompliziert. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist Basic, aber wenn etwas fehlt kann man Melania ansprechen.
Man kann von hier aus zu Fuß in die Natur wandern oder mit dem Rad die Gegend erkunden.

Mooi schoon ruim vakantie appartement in oude boerderij. Gezellige inrichting Gastvrije ontvangst. Rustige omgeving. Goede communicatie met gastvrouw, zij gaf tips en konden met al oze vragen bij haar terecht.
