About this property

CHALET I FAGGI

The house is 850 meters high, surrounded by chestnut, beech and birch woods, accessible via a dirt road, about 700 meters from the main street, access is allowed to guests of the house by opening an electric bar , through this road you go up when there is no snow, immersed in nature, towards the ski resort of Bielmonte (15 minutes).
The house is divided as follows: ground floor single room with kitchen equipped with dishwasher, fridge with freezer and living room with 2-seater sofa bed and satellite TV, utility room with washing machine and bathroom with shower tray measuring 80x100 cm. First floor mezzanine all in wood (cherry and chestnut) with double bed.
The ground floor heating is underfloor, but for lovers of the fire company, a wood stove (Jotul) can also be used.
In the bathroom, the sanitary ware and the shower tray have the ceramics treated with the brand new antibacterial treatment based on silver ions, for maximum hygiene.
Sanitary water is produced by a 100 liter heat pump boiler.
For the construction of the house, environmentally friendly materials were used as much as possible, see stone, wood, cork, lime and non-cement for the plaster, natural paints and boron salts mothproof for wood.
Available hairdryer, iron and small ironing board.
The house is totally independent and therefore at your complete disposal.
We live 100 meters from the house, we are available to give information, you can see our. animals, suffolk sheep, turkeys, chickens and the small shop where we sell our honey and seasonal products (mushrooms, chestnuts, fruit and wild herbs).
Possibility to rent 4 electric MTBs.

Zum Auftanken und Seele füttern

Das Ferienhaus liegt an einem Hang oberhalb des Ortes, umgeben von Weide und Wald. Man kann direkt vom Haus aus wandern und die wunderbare Landschaft genießen. Das Haus ist vor wenigen Jahren neu gebaut, sehr solide und mit Naturmaterialien. Sehr überlegt und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Küche gut ausgestattet, z. B. mit Geschirrspüler, alle notwendigen Kochutensilien sind vorhanden. Traumhafter Blick vom Sonnenbänkchen vor dem Haus bis weit über Biella hinaus über die ganze Ebene. Wer Ruhe und Natur sucht, gerne wandert und abschalten möchte, könnte es nicht besser treffen. Der Vermieter ist sehr hilfsbereit, schnell erreichbar, aber auch sehr diskret. Danke für die wunderbare Woche!

Très jolie maison de vacances dans un lieu très tranquille

Belle maison, bien équipée, parfaite pour 2 personnes. Beaucoup de possibilités de balades directement depuis la maison. Endroit très tranquille, mais relativement proche des commerces. Propriétaire accueillant et disponible. Nous espérons y retourner pour un prochain séjour.

Pure agriturismo

Rustig gelegen, goed ingerichte woning in de heuvels. Mooi uitzicht op de vlakte beneden. Hier moet je inderdaad zijn als je van stilte en natuur houdt. Geen overdreven luxe maar alles wat je nodig hebt voor een relax verblijf. Zelfs het privé baantje er naar toe is reeds avontuurlijk (maar best doenbaar).

Io e mia moglie abbiamo trascorso una bella vacanza, la casa è veramente strutturata bene, l'interno è disposto molto bene con il fascino e calore del legno, arredi luminosi e ben tenuti, buona pulizia anche nel bagno. La struttura si presenta in un contesto circondato da alberi di castagno, betulle e faggi, il tutto in un ameno, panoramico e tranquillo paesaggio. Einsamkeit und tolle Aussicht

Wir haben eine tolle Woche im schönen Häuschen verbringen dürfen. Herr Ruggero war sehr gut zu erreichen, freundlich und immer hilfsbereit. Das gesamte Haus war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Das Häuschen liegt etwa 25 Minuten Autofahrt von Biella entfernt. Über den kleinen, etwas holprigen Weg kann man in weiteren 25 Minuten bis Bocchetto di Sessera fahren und tolle Wanderungen in den Bergen starten. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genoßen und kommen gerne wieder.

Fraai huis in zeer mooie omgeving

Een mooi, eenvoudig en authentiek huis. De werkelijkheid is fraaier dan de foto’s tonen, met name doel ik op het ruime en nette sanitair. Gastheer Ruggero is zeer vriendelijk, attent en behulpzaam. Het huis ligt in een prachtig gebied met volop wandelmogelijkheden en goede en betaalbare eetgelegenheden. Twee keer een vos in de tuin gespot! Een aanrader kortom.

Eine schöne Woche in einer tollen Landschaft.

Wer einen ruhigen Urlaub verbringen möchte ist hier richtig. Das Haus ist praktisch und schön eingerichtet. Der Vermieter freundlich und hilfsbereit. Leider ist der Zugang zum Haus etwas beschwerlich.

Der Urlaub im Chalet war sehr schön! Der Vermieter Ruggero ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir konnten täglich frische Milch und Käse bestellen. Das Chalet liegt sehr schön und abgelegen in der Natur. Die Einrichtung und die Sanitäranlagen waren sehr hochwertig. Empfehlenswert!

It felt like we had our own mountain!

Ruggero's casa is a beautiful spot in Piemonte when you are looking for: - a great view on the mountains - being far away from the crowd - a house that is both charming as well as very clean - many possibilities to go hiking. Ruggero clearly put a lot of effort in making this a lovely holiday home. Even more, he sells his own miele di castagno, which tastes great.

Wer die Natur liebt, ist hier am richtigen Platz. Wanderwege gehen direkt am Haus vorbei. Ein wunderschönes Haus, liebevoll ausgestattet und ein immer ansprechbarer Vermieter/Besitzer, der in Sichtweite wohnt. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt, schade, dass wir nur eine Woche Urlaub hatten.

Wunderschönes, sehr gepflegtes Feriendomizil

Eins von zwei sehr schönen und gemütlichen Ferienhäusern in absolut ruhiger Lage am Berg. Beide Ferienhäuser sind neu gebaut und prima ausgestattet. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Bei ihm kann man Honig kaufen, ein anderer Bauer aus dem Dorf liefert frei Haus frische Kuhmilch, Butter und Käse.

Neues, uriges Chalet auf alten Grundmauern

Beim ersten Anblick hält man dieses wunderschöne Häuschen für uralt. Es wurde aber zusammen mit einem direkt benachbarten Haus neu aufgebaut. Küche und Bad sind modern und stilvoll eingerichtet. Das ganze Haus war sehr sauber. Am besten hat uns der angenehme Geruch und die Oberflächen gefallen. Alles im Haus fühlte sich einfach gut an. Das Haus liegt inmitten eines Kastanienwaldes, ideal als Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen in die Umgebung. Der Vermieter, ein Bauer mit Schafen, Hühnern und Bienen, spricht gut Englisch und wohnt mit seiner Familie in Sicht- aber nicht in Rufweite entfernt. Einen Punkt müssen wir leider für die abenteuerliche Zuwegung abziehen.
