About this property

Chestnut chalet

The farmhouse is formed by two characteristic stone cottages. Both of them has been restored in 2015 using the most possible natural and biocompatible materials. They are surrounded by a beautiful wood of chestnuts (arbo), beech and birch trees with a beautiful view on the Valle Cervo.
The houses are reachable after 700 mt on a dirt road that leads straight to the Oasi Zegna , a mountain area famous for her walks and MB trails .
In our farm we produce a very good honey available in our small shop together with seasonal products like chestnuts, fresh mushrooms, fruits and our handmade crafts .

Mooie plek in de bergen vlakbij Biella

Een fijn, ruim huis om met een gezin in te vertoeven. Het is allemaal heel netjes en schoon. Fijne badkamer, goede en ruime keuken en prima woonkamer met een slaapbank die goed zit als bank. De slaapkamers waren ruim en het tweepersoonsbed was een fijn groot bed. De matrassen op de stapelbedden lagen ook heel lekker. Je kon alles goed tegen elkaar open zetten. De ramen hebben horren, al hebben wij niet veel last gehad van muggen. De weg naar het huisje is een avontuur waar je dmv een toegangspoort naar boven kan. Er liggen twee vakantiehuizen bij elkaar. Wij hadden het huis vooraan, dus daardoor genoeg privacy voor het huis. Vanuit het huis kun je prachtig wandelen in de bergen. Tevens kun je mooi touren door de bergen of de stad Turijn bezoeken (1 uur rijden). Kortom, wij hebben hier een fijne vakantieweek gehad met mooie avonden om sterren te kijken.

Beautiful holiday home at a stunning location

This very nice holiday home has been built with a very keen eye on authentic details, with thick stony walls - which keeps the heat outside a bit - and a lot of wood. It is located along a small private road, a little adventurous to reach, but more than worth the hassle (but beware that one shouldn't load the car too heavily). The south facing view into the plain is stunning, there's a lot of privacy, and in the garden, shade is provided by a beautiful vine-covered pergola. The host is very helpful and sympathetic. The mountain road 'panoramica zegna' is close by, and on a clear day provides for beautiful views on the plain, and has several starting points for well-indicated hikes. Turin and Aosta are about 1,5 h away by car for those interested in savouring Italian city life or visiting old Roman stuff. Thanks for this great holdiay experience!

Tolles Haus, phantastischer Blick - perfekt!

Einfache spontane Buchung, tolles Haus mit klasse Blick mitten in der Natur. Sehr netter Gastgeber, wohnt in separatem Haus in 5 min Entfernung. WLAN, neue Einrichtung, Grill - alles vor Ort!
