There's plenty of room for a family or two couples to relax amid cozy furnishings with modern fixtures and amenities. You'll enjoy a beautiful back deck with built-in seating, your very own outdoor shower and gas grill, and a prime location within walking distance (eight houses down) from the private beach, Englewood Shores. You can also bike to public beaches Seagull/Englewood. More family fun awaits at CC Inflatable Water Park & Whydah Pirate Museum, Pirate Cove Mini-Golf, and Hyannis Main Street all within a few miles of your vacation rental.

This light-filled home sits half a mile south of the heart of West Yarmouth, a quarter-mile stroll from Englewood Beach on Lewis Bay. You'll be one mile northwest of Seagull Beach on Nantucket Sound, and one mile southwest of such family favorites as the Whydah Pirate Museum and the Lobster Boat's fresh seafood. Day-trippers can head into downtown Hyannis three miles west to catch ferries to Martha's Vineyard and Nantucket or learn a bit of local lore at the John F. Kennedy Hyannis Museum.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
