Magnificent 2-bedroom apartment sleeps 5 with marina and sea views

We rent in a luxury residence from 2005 our comfortable apartment of 63 m2.
Fully renovated.

You can enjoy the 3 swimming pools at the Las Marinas residence.

The apartment (2nd floor with elevator) is located 700 meters from the beach (10 minutes on foot, 3 minutes by bike => watch in hand!).

It is made up of 2 rooms (sleeps 7):
- Bedroom 1: 2 double bed, bay window with direct access to the terrace. Cupboard.
- Bedroom 2: sleeps 3: bunk bed + pull-out bed. Window. Cupboard.
- Convertible sofa in the living room.

Modern bathroom: shower, sink, worktop, WC, washing machine, window.

Fully equipped kitchen: dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, extractor hood, toaster, espresso maker.

Square dining table with extension that allows to gather at 8 around the table.

Living room with sofa bed, HD flat screen TV, TV cabinet and coffee table.
Board games available for children.

Air conditioner.

From the living room you have access to the 10 m2 terrace facing south (the apartment is sunny from morning to evening).
Terrace equipped with a garden furniture to make the most of this breathtaking view without vis-à-vis.

The view from the apartment and from the terrace is magnificent: on the canals in the foreground, the sea in the background and the mountains to the west.

Mooi appartement met prachtig uitzicht en voldoende ruimte. In keuken mogen nog wel een aantal accessoires worden toegevoegd. Zoals een koffiezetapparaat, een aantal wijnglazen en deksels voor pannen. De douchestang lekte nogal waardoor de hele douche nat werd. Gemeld bij eigenaar.

On ne reviendra pas, dommage car il y a du potentiel.

Point positifs: superbe vue et chouette terrasse. Literie bien et emplacement au calme, non loin de la mer (10/15min avec enfants). Points négatifs: casseroles et poêles très vétustes (ça mériterait d’être changé). canapé joli mais très inconfortable. Gros problème de ménage et de communication avec le propriétaire et l’agence (qui ne tiennent pas le même discours). Proprio n’a pas répondu à notre demande de se voir restituer les 50€ de ménage alors que nous avons du le faire à notre arrivée (sol infesté de poils et saletés, Tout comme les alèses des lits) et forte odeur d’urine. Cela aurait été sympa d’assumer votre position et d’oser nous répondre.

Ein bisschen verwohnt....

Eins vorweg, es handelt sich um unsere persönliche Einschätzung. Die Wohnung liegt in einen riesigen Wohnblock, aber es war ruhig. Die Aussicht vom Balkon war sehr schön mit dem Blick in den Hafen, ebenso die Fernsicht auf das Meer und die Berge. Allerdings ist die Wohnung bereits sehr verwohnt. Die Töpfe und Pfannen in der Küche waren doch schon sehr gebraucht. Das Sofa im Wohnbereich extrem durchgesessen und ohne Schmerzen nicht benutzbar. Die Matraze des Doppelbettes zu weich. Das angegebene WLAN ist nicht vorhanden. Auf Anfrage warum kein WLAN vorhanden ist wurde uns mitgeteilt das es gekündigt wurde weil es zu schlecht und zu teuer wäre. Wichtig für deutsche Mieter, der Fernseher verfügt nur über Spanische und französische Sender. Der Stellplatz in der Tiefgarage ist nur was für Parkexperten, wir hatten mit unserem Opel Grossland große Probleme in die Parklücke reinzukommen. Wir hatten Glück das der Stellplatz neben uns frei war dadurch konnten wir mit viel rangieren einparken. Da uns das ganze aber zuviel war parkten wir ab dem zweiten Tag auf der Straße. Die drei Pools waren sehr sauber, aber es gab leider keine Liegen.

bel appartement bien placé mais avec des imperfections

appartement spacieux avec belle vue et situé pas très loin de la plage bien équipé. A notre arrivée dans le logement pas d'état des lieux,nous avons du retourner à l'agence,pour faire constater que le ménage n'était pas fait (poussières, sol, vitres, miroirs, congélateur et micro onde sales), pas de places dans les armoires pour mettre nos vêtements. Cache prise électrique cassée, pas de gâches sur les portes fenêtres balcon,donc on ne pouvait pas verrouiller.La dame de l'agence nous a dit qu'elle le dirait au propriétaire mais franchement on est vraiment pas sur qu'elle l'ai fait.Etat des lieux de sortie horaire non respecté j'ai du appeler l'agence car celle ci ne se présentait pas au rendez vous manque de respect envers nous pour 400 euros de caution ça fait beaucoup.

Appartement agréable , résidence très bien au calme à 1/4h de la plage .

Résidence très sympa avec 3 piscines , 1/4h à pied de la mer et proche des commodites , au calme . Appartement agreable , correctement équipé. 2 bémols : placards remplis à moitié par les objets du propriétaire ( c est dommage) et, le stationnement dans le parking est particulièrement compliqué . Cela ne nous a pas empêché de passer une bonne semaine A noter que le Propriétaire est facilement joignable et à l écoute ainsi que l agence .

Anotre arrivée clim en panne depuisplusieursjours sans que MR CERDAN ait la politesse de nous en aviser avant notre arrivée afin que lon se munisse de ventilateur nous l avons appelé sur les conseils de l agence afin qu il en achete un, ce qu il a refusé catégoriquement. une fois le prix de la location encaissé à l avance ce MR n a rien à faire du confort de ses clients . contrat non respecté nous avons eu tres chaud tout le long de la semaine. barres d immeubles de6 étagesnon précisées sur l annonce et parking souterrain impratiquables pour les véhicules SUV point positif appart tres propre lumineux

El apartamento muy bonito,muy bien situado,excelentes vistas . El trato con el propietario genial pero con la immobiliaria fatal. El apartamento nos lo entregaron algo sucio y al devolver las llaves la de la immobiliaria nos ha hecho sentir fatal x k no lo habiamos dejado lo suficientemente limpio...Creiamos k habiamos pagado x este servicio (todo y k habiamos limpiado aunke un poco pir encima),nunca nos habian tratado tan mal,temiamos k no nos devolvieran parte de la fianza. No volveremos x ese motivo. K falta de educacion y malas maneras😡😡😡 Si hay k dejarlo super limpio k lo especifiquen antes...

Appartement propre et fonctionnel pour 2 adultes et 2 enfants ayant eu un soucis de véhicule sur place nous regrettons juste le Fait d être un peu loin de roses à pieds mais avec des vélos c est top résidence calme et très agréable 2 piscines dans la résidence mais non testé vue la période à laquelle nous sommes venu propriétaire très sympa et réactif également Merci encore

Agréable séjour

Nous sommes venus en famille profiter de quinze jours de vacances à Roses et nous avons passé un bon séjour notamment grâce à l'appartement qui est très bien et adapté aux familles. Le propriétaire est vraiment super et attentif aux besoins des locataires. Une très bonne expérience !

Magnifique séjour de deux semaines à Santa Margarida

Nous venons de passer 15 jours merveilleux en famille ( 2 adultes, 2 adolescentes et 2 enfants de 7 ans) dans cet appartement très bien équipé. La situation géographique est très bonne. Nous avons profité des belles piscines de la résidence , de la plage où nous nous rendions à pied, des restaurants et supermarchés. Nous avons allié à la détente l’aspect culturel en visitant Barcelone ainsi que le musée Salvador Dali à Figueres. L’excursion en bateau jusque Cadaqués était un enchantement pour toute la famille. La vue depuis la terrasse est à couper le souffle. Quel bonheur de prendre tous ses repas face au canal !Les propriétaires sont très disponibles et mettent tout en œuvre pour proposer un séjour de qualité. Nous y reviendrons avec grand plaisir.
