Guests can walk the beach at high tide.
The pool can be heated upon request! 72 hours notification is required and a pool heat fee of $40 plus tax per day must be paid prior to check-in.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of USD 40 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool heat for your stay.


Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Great June week!

The house is excellent. Great accommodations for our family (6 adults, 3 kids.) The theme and details of the house are well thought out and visually engaging. Great kitchen and bathrooms. The house is close to the pool and beach. Two parking spaces right in front and an overflow space about a block away. Great weather! The house also had beach toys, a wagon, beach chairs, and such items available for guest use. Nice decks with views of the ocean. A high deck accessible by spiral stair with really nice views of the area. Highly recommended.

12th Annual Girls Trip

We loved all the features of the home. The location was perfect to beach and pool. The house was large enough for all 11 women to sleep comfortably. The decor was so unique but tasteful. Close enough to bike to restaurants, shops and bars. Just overall a great experience. I would highly recommend this home and hope to come back in the future!!!

Emil Cottage

Arrived at the Cottage and found the tiny lock box with the door key in an odd position. Opened the box and the key fell to the ground where we could not reach it. Literally had to crawl under the house to retrieve the key. There were very limited supplies of paper towels and toilet paper. One bathroom had less than 20 sheets on the top and no stock anywhere. The only cleaning solution for countertops was a stainless steel cleaner. No Windex or spray cleaners at all. The left side of the kitchen sink leaks water into the lower cabinet then onto the floor. The 3rd level has a roof or window leak when it rains, lots of water coming in. The Cottage itself was nice. Decorated nicely. Beds were great. Everything was clean. Location is fantastic. Housekeeping staff arrived one hour before checkout and entered without knocking. They waited for us to leave at the unit next door. We enjoyed our stay and despite the above issues we would stay again.

This house was perfect in size and layout for our family. The ice maker in the kitchen was so handy for packing the cooler for beach days. The kitchen is equipped better than any vacation rental I have ever stayed in.

Wonderful house and wonderful location!

We could not have asked for a better house for our family vacation this year! The location is incredible, the beach and pool and amazing (so close and so clean). The house was so much fun - the kids loved the decor and the working juke box. Everything was spotless, every single part of the house. Plenty of extra towels for bathroom and beach, kitchen is well equipped for any kind of cooking you may want to do, and there were plenty of soaps for the bathrooms and kitchen. We would absolutely stay here again!!

Florida’s best kept secret

Second Visit!

We love everything about this home. This time we came as a family with 8 adults and 2 kids, 6 and 4. The home is cheerful and whimsical and is perfect for gathering everyone together on the main level for games and meals and dance parties with the wonderful jukebox, and yet still having plenty of spaces to go off and have a private conversation or a quiet read. The community pool was immaculate and and even though the water was warmer due to the extreme temperatures outside it was still cool enough to be very refreshing…the proximity to the beach is perfect. Was not crowded at all. We rented a golf cart for the week and used that for making little day trips and a couple of times we went out for dinner at night. We have a lot of cooks in our family so we utilized the kitchen a good bit and it really had everything we could possibly have needed. This truly felt like a wonderful home away from home. The staff at Vacasa responded to our questions, and comments quickly. 5 out of 5 on all fronts! Thank you!

Perfect for family of 9

We loved the common areas. Perfect for watching TV, listening to the jukebox and playing games at the large table, and a kitchen that is fully equipped for meals. We chartered a fishing trip and prepared our catch at the house, on the grill provided as well as the use of the kitchen for a perfect meal. Beautiful furnishings and decor inside and the porches on each level, including the bonus crow's nest is amazing. We will visit again.

Fantastic, Fun & Fabulous

The owner/host has presented a meticulously maintained, clean and exceptionally well provisioned beach house. The unique decor which is carried throughout the entire home creates a special beach vibe for all of the guests. The home is appointed with high end appliances (the ice maker was wonderful) lots of towels for bath & beach, AC worked very well despite the heat/humidity. The home was remarkably clean in its entirety. One of our best VRBO stays ever!

Enjoyed the house. I think the stairs might be a problem for some. But the biggest issue was noise level of college kids renting in neighborhood until the wee hours everyday. We reported and complained. But we had four nights of interrupted sleep.

Great Stay at Emil

This house was well located. It has a quirky asthetic but it is well done. My children especially loved the juke box and the neon lobster. The house was well equipped with all necessities and very clean. Will definitely stay again.
