Great long term rental

I stayed here for about five weeks and used as a pied à terre while visiting family and doing a little business in the region. Patrick (the host) communicates in English and has remodeled this small village house with everything you need. As a plus the surrounding area has excellent cycling routes and many well paved low speed roads that are accessible from your doorstep. Mt Ventoux is also about an hours drive if you’re feeling up to it

vacances drome

la location est simple en rapport avec le prix du séjour , elle se trouve dans un beau village perché . elle est trés bien située entre drome,ardéche,et vaucluse . trés calme pour passer de bonne soirée sur la terrasse .

logement manquant d'entretien et ménage laissant énormément à désirer: toiles d'araignées autour de la porte d'entrée et à l'intérieur, carreaux très sales, meubles cuisine gras, tiroirs commode poussiéreux...Equipements manquants: aspirateur, panier à linge, marmite . On a eu l'impression de ne pas être attendus; il a fallu que l'on installe nous même le salon de jardin et les transats qui étaient à la cave. Par contre, le village est magnifique et la terrasse est très agréable. Ayant eu un contact téléphonique avec le propriétaire, il semble s'être engagé à tenir compte de nos remarques.

Le locataire avait, semble-t-il, des attentes en matière de propreté, équipement et accueil, sensiblement supérieures à celles de la plupart de mes hôtes, dont certains reviennent régulièrement. Je ne pouvais pas être présent personnellement à l'arrivée du locataire, et l'accueil s'en est ressenti. J'en suis désolé. J'ai pris note de certaines recommandations, dont je tiendrai compte.

situer loin de tout les magasins, le téléphone ne passe pas il faut aller à un certain endroit pour avoir du réseau, mais très tranquille, pas de bruit dans l'ensemble ce fut agréable

gite situé dans un joli cadre

L'accès au gite par des escaliers, ce serait bien de le signaler dans l'annonce. La télé à l'étage pas très pratique et de plus on capte mal.Mais c'est un gite sympa et nous avons passé un agréable séjour.Valérie nous a accueilli d'une façon très sympa.

Sehr zu empfehlen:-))))))) Apartment ist ruhig gelegen in einem wunderschönen kleinem alten Dorf. Die Anbindung zur Autobahn oder in die nächst gelegene Stadt (Montelimar) ist schnell zu erreichen. Das Apartment hat alles was man benötigt und ist gut eingerichtet. Internet Zugang ist zügig und ohne Probleme. Bei Fragen oder Probleme steht Patrick mit jeglicher Hilfe zur Seite. Ich würde auf jeden Fall wieder bei Patrick buchen. Grüße nach Roussas Andreas
