10 blocks from the famous Wildwood Boardwalk, there is no shortage of fun activities and attractions for the family.
Off-street parking for 2 vehicles makes this a convenient location to spend your precious summer days.

Sleep:
Beds available for 7 total, with a sofa bed for 2 more. 65" flat screen TV in the living room. Two bedrooms have TVs on the walls. Private bathroom available in the master bedroom.
Live:
Spacious living room with a sectional couch, 65" flat screen TV. Comcast cable and wifi. Central Air. Spacious balcony with view of the ocean. Seats up to 6 people on the balcony off of the living room.
Eat:
Massive kitchen table with enough seating for the entire family. Additional bar stools available for a more relaxed vibe. Cook: Fully furnished kitchen with enough cookware for the family. Coffee maker, Keurig, toaster, blender, microwave, gas stove/oven, refrigerator, dish washer, disposal, as well as cooking and dining utensils & dishes you will need for your favorite meals. Margaritaville Blender included!
All you need to bring is your bed sheets, bath & beach towels.

Linens and Towels: Not provided. Rental company contact can be provided.
Neighborhood Overview:
Close to great beaches. Public tennis courts directly across the street. The Cape May County public Library is also directly across the street. A short Uber ride to the night life in Wildwood or Cape May.

Outside
Garage and driveway big enough for 2 cars. We have 4 bikes to use and beach chairs for 6.

You the renter will also provide his own Paper Products including extra toilet paper, and basic kitchen supplies like trash bags, laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, a kitchen sponge, personal products like hand soap, shampoo, etc. *Linens Required - 2 Queen ; 1 Twin; 1 Full 1. An extra queen if you use the pull out sofa bed. Children must always be supervised as well as students.
Must be 25 years of age. No prom groups, no high school groups. Saturday to Saturday rental for the summer season, Memorial Day to Labor Day (May 26 - September 6)
