About this property

Will consider reservations of less than 7 nights. Please message me to discuss. Comfortably appointed, tastefully decorated, bright and airy top floor 3 bedroom 2 bathroom condo located on the 200 block of E Roberts. Less than 2 blocks to beach/boards, 2.5 blocks from convention center, and 2 blocks from Adventure amusement pier and Fox Park. Sleeps 8 comfortably. Private 2 car garage. Private balcony off living room. Shared outdoor showers. Top floor orientation allows for plentiful sunlight and no need to worry about footsteps overhead.

Limited toiletries and incidentals are supplied, saving you from having to pack too much or run out to the store.

WiFi and streaming TV available throughout the unit.

Various board, card games, and puzzles are provided for the occasional rainy day.

Beach cart and sand toys can be found in the garage and are welcome to be used.

Sheet/pillowcases and towels to be provided by renter. Pillows and comforters are supplied by owner.

*Strictly no pets and no groups under 25. Anyone found to be in violation of these terms is subject to immediate eviction without refund.

**For the safety and security of our guests and property, one exterior security camera/Ring doorbell is located at the front entrance. Tampering with this device or covering the lens is prohibited and is cause for immediate eviction without refund.

***Primary renter must provide photo ID prior to final payment or reservation will be cancelled.

Please note that the unit is not handicap accessible or ideal for those with mobility impairments.

Wildwood getaway

The condo was lovely...very clean. The hostess was very responsive to any questions that we had. Over all...it was a great place.

Nice house, great location

House and neighborhood is very nice. Everything was as described. I went with 3 girlfriends and it accommodated us well. There is only mirrors in the bathroom which made it difficult for the 4 of us to get ready. Mirrors and outlets in the other bedrooms would be nice. Also the lighting in the bathroom was very poor, the shower was very dark. The house is surface clean but needs a good top to bottom cleaning. The fan in the living room was extremely dirty and the bedroom doors were dirty as well. Over all nice place just needs some TLC.

Enjoyable stay

Loved the place! Host had excellent communication and resonded quickly. House met all our needs. Very welcoming feel to it. Close to restaurants, activities, beach and boardwalk.

Great property

We were very pleased with our stay at the condo.I was traveling with family and there was plenty of space for everyone. Jennifer was very helpful when we had a small issue arise but was quickly taken care of. The location was in walking distance to the piers and other restaurants nearby. Liked that there were games for the family to play when we had to stay in one night due to storms. It was also very clean. The only small thing that was a concern was the bottom part of the bed frame in the first bedroom sticks out a little bit and I bumped my shin on it a few times coming into the room. No big deal just wanted to make someone aware.Thank you for sharing your home with us!

The Perfect Beach Condo!

This condo is actually even nicer than the photos -- they do not do it justice! Beautiful place, and great location a few blocks from the boardwalk and beach. There are restaurants and convenience stores close by too. Very clean with lots of extra amenities. We had a perfect vacation!
