The condo is all on one level, on the second level of the building. There is two flights of stairs up to the unit.

Quiet Hours - 10pm - 8am
Wildwood City Noise Ordinance Ord. No. 627-05:
Using or operating of any loudspeaker, public address system, or similar device between the hours of 10:00pm and 8:00am of the following day, such that the sound therefrom creates a noise disturbance across a residential real property line.
No parties, no smoking ($1000 fine), will be fined for damage/stolen items.

We have a ZERO-tolerance policy for parties or gatherings. We reserve the right to terminate your stay if there is any violation of these rules. At no point in time should the number of individuals present inside the suite go beyond the guest count that was reserved.
1) Non-registered guests are prohibited at the property, without our prior consent and approval; All approved guests must vacate the property by 11pm.
2) Excessive noise is prohibited and violators are subject to fines and penalties. If excessive noise results in disturbances to other tenants, we reserve the right to evict you and your group without refund.
If you, your group, or your reservation details are comprised of one or more of the following, we kindly ask that you send a property inquiry PRIOR TO BOOKING to avoid cancellation.
You can do so by clicking ‘contact host’ under the listing property description and should include more about yourself and your group, age range of the group, and the total number of guests which will be at the property (whether spending the night or not):

*Reservation check-in falling within 10 days of booking
If you do not send us an inquiry prior to booking as described above, we have the right to request cancellation due to us being uncomfortable with the reservation under Airbnb’s Instant Book Policy.
