If our house is in the center of Deauville, the garden and the terrace (facing south east) are set back from the street, quiet and private.

2Cars can park in the driveway and 1 car outside the house.

clear and functional friendly house ideal to relax and enjoy the attractions of Deauville, no car needed, everything is done on foot. Located 80m from the racecourse and 300m from the casino. Within 400m: beach, pool, boards of Deauville Place Morny and its market, supermarket, shops, horseback riding, mini-golf, sailing, windsurfing, kite surfing, tennis.
Activities with car: golf, karting, circuit D-DAY, historical walks, Caen, Le Havre, Honfleur ...

House not recommended for very young children or disabled people because there are several levels (only accessible by stairs).

Perfect stay in Deauville

We found stylishly furnished, spacious accommodation in which we wanted for nothing. The furnishings were tastefully put together and the location to the beach, the nearest supermarket and the city centre was great!

Private house in good location

4-level house in central Deauville. Near the beach, casino, shops and restaurants. Very spacious, with terrace, garden, and parking for two cars. Gated. Check-in/check-out with caring, pleasant agent, who keeps in touch through text messages. Some appliances are aging, but useable. Many stairs to climb. Would recommend to others.

In der Vorbreitung des Aufenthaltes hatten wir herzlchen und sehr informativen Internetkontakt. Wir wurden bei der Ankunft von der Vermieterin selbst freundlichst emfangenund in das Haus eingewiesen. Uitstap naar Deauville

Heel aangename ontvangst door de gastvrouw. Alles piekfijn uitgelegd van de accommodatie. Heel rustige buurt, en toch dichtbij alles. Bakkerij, restaurants, strand, carrefour. In principe auto niet nodig. Uitstapjes naar Honfleur, Cabourg, Etretat, Rouen...liggen binnen aanvaardbare afstand en zeker de moeite.

Haus Deauville

Deauville und Umgebung ist auf jeden Fall einen Aufenthalt wert. Der Strand ist fantastisch. Das Haus hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Es liegt sehr zentral. Man kann alles fussläufig sehr gut erreichen. Bäcker, Fleischer, Supermarkt, Restaurants etc. alles in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Vermieterin ist super nett. Wir hatten eine umfangreiche Einweisung zum Haus. An sich war alles vorhanden. Ein Radio, eine Grundausstattung an Gewürzen ( Zucker, Salz und Pfeffer) wären schön gewesen. Das Haus ist sehr schön eingerichtet, man fühlt sich sehr wohl. Die Terrasse haben wir nicht genutzt. Das Problem mit den Tauben sollte daher unbedingt angegangen werden. Das wäre das einzige was wir zu bemängeln hätten. Wäre aber kein Grund das Haus nicht zu mieten. Wir hatten einen Aufenthalt von 10 Tagen. Es wird bestimmt ein nächstes mal geben.

voor ons was de vakantiewoning perfect, gezellig, mooi terras, alles was aanwezig, vriendelijk en warm onthaal door de vriendelijke eigenares, locatie in de stad en dichtbij zee was super, zeer welkom met onze hond!

La maison est très agréable à vivre , de par sa situation en plein centre de Deauville proche de la plage des boutiques et de l’hippodrome! La maison est très bien agencée et le mobilier est de qualité ! La propriétaire est très attentionnée et prête à rendre votre séjour le plus agréable possible ! Une maison à la fois calme et chaleureuse ! Un jardin très joli !

La maison est idéalement situé entre plage , plein centre ville dans un quartier très calme mais proche de tout La maison est très agréable et tout est bien pensé , la terrasse est super . Le chambres sont claires et une tres grandes salle de bain au premier étage Idéal pour un séjour familiale Maison tres propre À recommander
