Great location for attending the American Film Festival

One of our group had mobility issues, but since this apartment is so close to the theaters showing films, she had no trouble getting to and from. The caretaker was responsive when there was a problem with a lock. All in all, we were very happy with this place.

Petite semaine très agréable

Nous avons passé quelques jours très agréables dans cet appartement que nous connaissons bien. Les parties communes ont été entièrement refaites ce qui donne une belle allure à l’immeuble toujours bien tenu. Emplacement idéal avec des enfants pour aller à la plage à pied, proche du centre ville commerces et marchés.

The flat is super clean and modern, light and airy and literally 2 minutes walk from Place Morny and the shops and cafes in the centre. Parking is an added bonus. Beach and Trouville just 10 minutes walk away. Would definitely recommend.

A gem in Deauville

This apartment has it all - it is charming, spacious, very clean and perfectly located plus it has loads of extras like a small balcony with a table, extensive closet space, a well equipped kitchen and a private parking space which is a huge plus. We can’t wait to go back!

L'appartement est très confortable, propre, calme et bien équipé. Très bon accueil. Nous y avons passé un très agréable séjour en plein centre de Deauville. Petite suggestion : la batterie de cuisine pourrait être rajeunie (poêles et casseroles). Nous recommandons cet appartement et y reviendrons avec plaisir.

Appartement idéal pour famille

C’est la quatrième fois que nous passons une semaine dans cet appartement que nous adorons, idéalement situé entre centre ville et plage. Fonctionnel propre spacieux et lumineux il peut facilement accueillir une famille avec des enfants ou deux couples. Concernant le lit parapluie pour bébé il est préférable d’y ajouter un vrai matelas sinon d’apporter le sien si les propriétaires ne le change pas entre temps car il est très usé et s’affaisse de chaque côté. Détail qui ne nous empêchera pas de revenir avec du soleil nous espérons cette fois!
