Comfortable and unique home in the Normandy countryside

We enjoyed our stay. Valerie and Phillippe were gracious and helpful, including calling several restaurants for us when we arrived late our first day. It's a beautiful setting in a rural area west of Port en Bessin.

The house was very clean,full of character and well laid out with everything you could need for a stay including a loverly courtyard with a table and chairs. Valerie and Philippe were super hosts with nothing being too much trouble....on arrival Valerie was on hand to show us the house and the local info...both super friendly.The house is in just an amazing location,rural and quiet but within a short distance from alot of the beaches and ww2 sites as well as Bayeux etc etc.Total gem.....Loved our stay and booked again acouple of days after we got home.....says it all.

A Hidden Gem

The house was very clean, spacious and beautifull! Its location was fantastic for visiting all the WWII Normandy landing beaches and museums, as well as Bayeux! Our host was communicative, kind and helpful during our stay! She even provided local information about closest stores and points of interest! We truly enjoyed our visit and highly recommend this home! Thank you!

We had a wonderful stay. We would book the property again. Valerie and Phillipe were excellent hosts, and very lovely people. The property was immaculately clean and very spacious. The beds were comfortable and we had brilliants nights sleeps after very busy, tiring days visiting all the "Normandy Day Museums and beaches".One thing (that was all to do with your site) was that you said there was a DVD player and knowing we were completly out in the countryside we took some videos to watch in the evenings - it was a CD player. So no videos to watch. You also said there was a hot tub, there wasn't.

Fijn verblijf, heerlijk rustig

Een heerlijke plek om Normandië te ontdekken. Bij lang binnenkort wordt het misschien wat muf, maar als geheel is het een heerlijke plek. Valerie en Philippe zijn aardige mensen.
