Pleasant 1 bedroom apartment, modern and bright on the 2nd floor at the ideal height to enjoy the view of the sea and the beach and the wonderful sunsets.
The equipment is modern and functional. Living room with convertible sofa bed for 2 people, sofa, armchairs and High Definition TV. Open kitchen equipped with a fridge, microwave, oven, electric cooking, small household appliances and all the necessary dishes. Bathroom with sink, tub and shower. Separate toilet. Bicycle storage. Indoor covered parking space.
The rental price includes heating, electricity and tourist taxes; only mandatory final cleaning (Eur 50.00) and optional WIFI (Eur 20. 00 / week) are additional.

Ausreichend große Wohnung fĂŒr 4 Personen, sehr gut ausgestattet, das Klappbett im Wohnzimmer ist nur bedingt bequem und die Toilette fĂŒr große Menschen ziemlich klein. Aber Lage, Sauberkeit, Parkplatz im Hof und sonstige Ausstattung sind ĂŒberdurchschnittlich. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gegĂŒhlt in dieser Wohnung!!

L’appartement est bien Ă©quipĂ© et joliment dĂ©corĂ© avec un Ă©tat de propretĂ© impeccable et une formidable vue sur la mer. Il est situĂ© Ă  la page et prĂšs des magasins et dispose d’un parking sĂ©curisĂ©. Il est idĂ©al pour un sĂ©jour une famille. La propriĂ©taire, est trĂšs gentille, toujours joignable et prĂȘte Ă  aider. Nous y reviendrons certainement et recommandons vivement un sĂ©jour dans cet appartement.

Super location

Organisation et appartement super, seul bémol, une masse de poubelles dans le hall d entree au rez de chaussee qui est restée là toute la semaine ( odeurs nauseabondes). Aucune indication quand à ce qu il faut faire avec les poubelles. Autre petit point à améliorer le canapé lit du salon est vraiment trÚs étroit et pas trÚs confortable, dommage car sinon c est un super appartement.

Super blick, bequeme Wohnung in De Haan

Die Wohnung war sehr sauber. Leider war ein Fenster offen gelassen; wir mussen erste das Schlafzimmer boden trocken, wegen heftig geregnet. Kontakt mit Ferien Wohnung lĂ€uft ĂŒber Text messaging, das leider funktioniert nicht. Dehhalb muss ich anrufen, warten und dann mit ein BeanwortergerĂ€te sprechen, dass hat nicht mein Frage geanwortet!

Top appartement!

De woning was zeer proper toen wij aan waren gekomen. Keuken en badkamer gerenoveerd, niet zoals op de foto. Je kan daar heerlijk koken en lekker een badmomentje nemen. Mijn man en ik waren daar met onze 2 kleuters. Een slaapkamer met 2 1persoonsbedden waar mijn kindjes sliepen en mijn man en ik op de slaapbank in de woonkamer, genietend van het uitzicht. Wij gaan zeker terugkomen!

Perfekte Lage - Eine Wohnung zum wohlfĂŒhlen...

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt mit bester Sicht auf Strand, Meer und den abendlichen SonnenuntergĂ€ngen direkt vor unserem Fenster! Überrascht wurden wir zusĂ€tzlich, weil entgegen der aktuellen Bilder die KĂŒche und die BĂ€der inzwischen sehr schön renoviert worden sind. Auch mit unseren beiden Kindern (3/8) hat sich die Aufteilung mit einem SZ und einem Bettsofa im WZ als komfortable und gemĂŒtlich erwiesen. Wir kommen gerne wieder...

Das Appartement war sehr schön eingerichtet und sauber. Der Ausblick war traumhaft. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett. Negativ war im Eingangsbereich des Hauses, dass die Decke auf großer FlĂ€che heruntergekommen war und teilweise Schutt im Flur lag.

Klappsofa im Wohnzimmer bei Verwendung als Bett (Wir waren zu viert) sehr weich und unbequem. FĂŒr uns ungewohnt: BettwĂ€sche und HandtĂŒcher gehören nicht zum Standard, mĂŒssen also vom Mieter mitgebracht werden.
