What a gem! Had a wonderful stay and time in Nashville. Franklin and VRBO was a great location. It was easy to get to and from local sights. The home was well appointed, comfortable, clean and beautiful. The host, Kim was on top of every detail and communication. We arrived really late and were so happy to see coffee and creamer already stocked!Thank you again for sharing your lovely home!

This is a nice clean property in a quiet neighborhood with good working AC. Nearby Franklin and a short drive to downtown Nashville. The house is clean, and everything works well. A great option if you have a large family!

Great location! Great communication with host, Kim. House was clean, had plenty of supplies, including cleaning supplies, and in a safe neighborhood. Beds on the firmer side which was nice. House backs up to sports fields/track. Plenty of neighborhoods to walk around too!

The host was very responsive and detailed. The home was perfect for our needs and was very clean. The kitchen was stocked with all of the essentials and made it easy to cook and enjoy family time. It was very hot outside so we were thankful the air conditioning worked well!We will definitely stay here again!

Absolutely loved this home away from home! The kitchen is incredible, nice roomy bedrooms, master bath is gorgeous! Having a garage to park one of our cars was great! Second refrigerator in the garage was helpful! Highly recommend this home!

Everything was clean and we felt right at home. The host was spot on with communications and we found everything just as pictured. The kitchen was great with modern appliances and plenty of pots, pans, and dishes to host a large family. This met our needs perfectly and we couldn’t recommend it more.
