Come and enjoy this cozy, freshly renovated home away from home that's nestled in a quiet neighborhood less than 2 miles from historic downtown Franklin. The Parkside Pines provides immediate direct access through our gated fence to Jim Warren park; including walking/ bike paths, athletic fields, tennis/ basketball courts as well as a playground and skate park. We renovated this home with the sole purpose of providing a comfortable and enjoyable experience while exploring small town American at its finest in the heart of Tennessee. Come see for yourself, you’re going to love it!

Three bedrooms are all on the main level of the home, with two twin beds in the bonus room.

Everything was clean and we felt right at home. The host was spot on with communications and we found everything just as pictured. The kitchen was great with modern appliances and plenty of pots, pans, and dishes to host a large family. This met our needs perfectly and we couldn’t recommend it more.

This Franklin home worked perfectly for our family holidays. The location and neighborhood can’t be beat. Everything was neat and clean, thoughtfully decorated and the layout of the house is great. Having garage access was so helpful and convenient. Kim was kind, impressively responsive and a wonderful host. We highly recommend this home and plan to stay again next visit to the Nashville/Franklin area!

Great place! Beautiful kitchen! Loved the decor- was very warm and welcoming. Home very clean! Mattresses super high quality and comfortable. Very kind, thoughtful, and responsive host. Excellent location. Very close to downtown and in an excellent and quiet neighborhood. The kitchen was our favorite room. We loved sitting at the island together. Also, We usually enjoy cooking rather than going out to eat- and this kitchen was extremely well stocked and had everything we needed. Highly recommend this home!

Wonderful communication with host. House was as described and cute as a button. Great location. Well appointed kitchen with great counterspace if you are cooking a meal. Very well stocked with plates and silverware and kitchen basics along with some spices and cooking oils. Nice extras like coffee and creamers. Extra pillows available. Great home for families- plenty of room , with an extra loft area for kids. Lots of kitchen gadgets and space to cook. The backyard was good big. Only suggestion would be o provide shampoo and conditioner and soap as traveling with it is not the greatest!

Best beds in a VRBO to date!!

If you’re staying in the Franklin area, reserve this VRBO house!! The house is plenty spacious and super clean. The beds and bedding/linens and pillows are the most comfortable we’ve ever had in any VRBO we’ve stayed. The host is very nice and has an excellent response time to any inquiries. We would definitely stay here again when visiting the area!

Perfect location

This property is lovely to stay in. Beds are comfortable and the house is very well appointed. The location is so close to downtown Franklin and only 45 min to downtown Nashville. I would highly recommend this property.
