`You would love this welcoming home well located within in the outskirt of Washington DC, whether you are visiting for family occasions, leisure, or work. It is within walking distance from FDA, Army research lab, and a shopping center with a department store, grocery stores, and restaurants. Downtown Silver and DC with night live entertainment are short distance away. You would also enjoy the quiet and relaxing environment of my place and enough space to accommodate a large group of people. There is a public park around with exercise for your convenience. The house is equipped with cable TV and WiFi as well washer and dryer for your laundry needs.

Owner cancelled me in airport

Owner cancelled me when I landed, and had the nerve to tell me to cancel on the site. Vrbo processed a refund, and I had to rebook at a hotel. Unbelievable that the ownwe would still list the prroperty and take reservations with no intent on honoring them.

Older, suburban home in quiet neighborhood

We liked the large rooms, warm yet feather-weight quilts, granite countertops, 5 burner stove, big table, deer in the wild area behind the fenced backyard and quiet neighborhood. I think only one bedroom in the basement has a door: It is possible that another has close-able doors but is the walkway to the other bedroom. One of the other basement beds is in a more private corner. Some outlets in the basement bedroom did not work and few three prong outlets were two of the concerns we noted. We did not want to seem like whiners, but Salomon wishes we had texted him immediately regarding some of our issues. He responded very quickly and was concerned about our comfort. This is an older, suburban house that worked fine for us.

Why they chose this property

This is an exceptionally cozy place to spend your time in whether you are in town for vacation, professional, or family visit. The house wood floor, large rooms, and beds provide you with ample space. The 70 inch TV would and its FIOS connection service would entertain you to the fullest. The house is located at short distance from DC. Baltimore or Notern Virginia is a straight shot. The house is surrounded by three shopping centers and restaurants. Two major hospitals are about 15 to 20 minutes away. Busy Night live in downtown Silver Spring Spring is minutes away.
