Vacation property suited our needs perfectly. Dogs loved the fenced in backyard. Drove to the beach every day, proximity to everything was great. Very clean, had everything we needed. Would definitely stay again!

Overall a good stay. You can tell the owner has thoughtfully setup the property for guests. The home is well stocked and labeled for where items are located for the stay. Location is very convenenient and quiet, friendly neighborhood. Would recommend a good mopping of the floors throughout the home and to replace filters... we have a crawling 15 month old who would get dusty after a short time on the floor.

Sorry to here the floors were dusty. I know the cleaning staff normally mops between guests. I will make sure to bring this up to them.

My wife and I chose this property because it is pet-friendly for our dogs with the fenced backyard. The neighborhood is quiet and conveniently located to the historic district, harbor and beach. The house has an open floor plan with bedrooms on both ends of the house with the kitchen and family room in the middle. We met our host Patrick who was cordial and pleasant to work with.

Terrific location! Great access to beaches, Egan's Creek trails, dog park, downtown FB, and for walking our pup right out of the door onto Jasmine. Kitchen well supplied with equipment. Big tub in master bath was wonderful. Den area turned into a great sewing room. Altogether a great stay.

Exactly as advertised. Stayed a week in April with wife, two adult children and pups. The check in and check out process was very simple and efficient. The house is situated in a quiet neighborhood, both driving and walking distance to beach and town center. It was very clean, comfortable and well furnished. I had to do some work, the desk in the front living room was helpful. Dogs really enjoyed the backyard. We would definitely stay here again.

My whole family (5 of us) felt comfortable and safe. The house was stocked with all the necessary essentials and a few extras too! Conveniently located to beach , shopping and all the fun things to do. Located in a quiet neighborhood that felt safe. I highly recommend staying here as Patrick is a most excellent host!
