All of the common area flooring was upgraded with new laminate and vinyl in 2020. The kitchen is fully equipped so you can save money by cooking meals. You also have full use of an attached two-car garage. As an added bonus, there is a good sized yard for you to play, relax or enjoy Boise's beautiful sunsets.
This home has 2 queen beds in two of the bedrooms, two twin beds in the third and a sofa sleeper with full mattress in the living room. Enjoy apple TV with Netflix, Prime Video, Hulu, ESPN+ and Disney+, all for no additional charge.

This place met all of our needs and was comfortable. Its always nice finding a place like this when traveling to make it not seem so bad. Will definitely try to use again when needed.
In Boise for a softball tournament. Quick in and out two night stay. Apartment was great for what was needed (shower and sleep). Gone throughout the day and ate out. Didn’t use kitchen for cooking. Apartment is a little bit older but kept up nice and clean.
I felt this was a great value property. It was clean for being older. The truly unfortunate thing was the neighbors were smoking outside and it filled the house with the smell of smoke. We were unable to stay due to the smell.
We came to Boise to celebrate my wife receiving her Master of Social Work from Boise State University! The location of this property was great! Thanks!
Booking was smooth. Quarters were neat and clean. Sofa weren’t the most comfortable and we had trouble with the entry keylesslock. However, we enjoyed our stay and would stay there again.
House was clean, well-kept and in a location that provides great access to all of Boise. Not what I'd call extravagant, but has everything one needs and the owner was super communicative.
But the one down side is a potentially big one. Its located on a major artery and the bedrooms are right on top of the street. There's passing big 'ole V8 trucks and Mustangs, punks in Subaru WRX's with giant tailpipes, Harley-Davidsons, etc. going by at all hours. So anyone who's a light sleeper (like I am) will be lucky to get more than 20 continuous minutes. Not something the owner has any control over and certainly not their fault - but a reality nonetheless.
Brian’s property was awesome. It was the perfect place for my husband and I to bring our nieces and nephew for the weekend at the water park. The apartment was very clean and the space was laid out perfectly for our family. We had a couple of hiccups with the master bathroom but management/Brian was very quick to respond to any inquiries and requests! Would 100% stay again!
This property is centrally located in Boise. Plenty of sleeping area for two adults and three kids. Good value.

DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AT THIS PROPERTY
Overall the unit was not well kept
Not clean
Holes in the sheet rock walls
Repaired holes that were just not properly done and still visible
The hot water heater didn’t work so we took lots of cold showers
Oh and the hot tub, you know the one pictured at the front of the property listing photos one of the main reasons we choose this property !!
Well it’s actually behind the shed in the neighbors back yard and it doesn’t work either and was about half full of water.
This is the most disappointing VRBO stay we have ever experienced.

This property worked perfectly for our stay. The communication between the property owner/manager is wonderful. They respond very quickly and are great to work with.
We enjoyed our 2 night stay here. Location very central to everything and next door neighbors were friendly.

The house was clean well kept. The location was not perfect.
We would not have used it but the info on the property said it had a hot tub, we did not see one. Over all it got the job done.
some what dated, but overall a nice property. I would stay again.
