The villa is located on the edge of the village of Laudun (Gard) between vineyards and scrubland at the foot of the César camp, renowned for its Gallo-Roman vestiges. A recent villa of 170m2 with garden and a large terrace, welcomes you in the best conditions of comfort and calm. You will enjoy an outdoor area with 5.5 meters diameter above ground pool, trampoline, barbecue and sunbathing. The air-conditioned villa with a heat pump, can accommodate a large family with four bedrooms and two sofa beds. The village of Laudun located in Languedoc-Roussillon, 10 km south of Bagnols / Cèze, 25 km from Uzès (Pont-du-Gard), Avignon (UNESCO World Heritage Site with its bridge, palace and Its festival), the valley of the Cèze (notably Goudargues "the little Venice of Gard") and the vineyards of Chateauneuf-du-Pape, finally 30km from Orange and its ancient theater or the gorges of the Ardeche.

This home has 4 rooms of which a parental suite under roof to the floor with its room of bath. The large living-dining room / kitchen has a 2 seater sofa bed, TV - video - Wii game console, a wood burning stove and a table for 8 people. The kitchen is equipped with a central island with 4 places, a microwave, oven, microwave, American fridge, thermomix, and complete equipment for cooking for the family. On the r-d-c, a large bedroom with a double bed (dressing + TV). A child's room with double bed (Office). Another child room with single bed and a sofa bed 2 places. Also you will find at r-d-c, a laundry with washing machine, dryer, table and iron, freezer and many tidying up. A bathroom with shower tray, bathtub, washbasin and heated towel rail. A WC with washbasin. A garage not accessible to cars. The decoration and furnishings are elegant and comfortable. The picture windows of the living room overlook a large terrace (part of which is shaded by a pergola), equipped with a barbecue and two sun beds. The terrace overlooks a pleasant garden consisting of a swimming pool above ground of 5.50m diameter with a secured ladder (bars "tiltable" height) and a trampoline. Our villa is fully air conditioned by a heat pump. The entrance of the house does not yet have a gate or fence but allows to park several cars on the north side of the house, thanks to its long driveway.

DEPOSIT OF GUARANTEE: Check of 1000 € not cashed. Check returned by post within 15 days after departure. Respect of the neighborhood, children welcome, pets allowed but with particular attention to cleanliness and especially the hair (unfenced ground), accessible to people with reduced mobility, no Handicap access. A professional will do the cleaning at the end of the stay but the house must be returned in an acceptable condition (Any extra cleaning hours will be retained on the deposit).
Laudun is a village of 6000 inhabitants, which has all the conveniences and trade (supermarket, pharmacy, dentist, restaurants, cooperative cellar ...). It is a village where it is good to live. You can enjoy the Sunday market or visit the Gallo-Roman vestiges at the top of the Caesar camp, which will also allow you to have a superb view over the Rhone valley to the Alps (Mont-Ventoux, lace of Montmirail, etc.).
