Private 12 acre Ranch sleeps up to 8 on The Santa Fe River.

Over 12 acres of secluded, quiet pastures and woods. Nearly 600 feet on the river waterfront to explore. All kinds of wildlife. Owls, deer, otter, and even a visiting cow every morning :)
The Santa Fe River is a few steps from the back door of this comfortable and roomy ranch. This house has over 2400 sq ft of space and is a 10 minutes (5 mi) drive from Ginnie Springs, a popular area for scuba diving, canoeing and other water sports Spend time Kayaking, Tubing, swimming and or fishing. Complementary Kayaks, Tubes and rafts on site. Safety flotation vests also on site for each guest.
Rate is for Double Occupancy; additional guests are $30/per person/ per night.
8 Guests max. No Day Guests Without Pre-approval from Hosts.

It was paradise from start to finish. Swimming in the clear river, kayaking too. Twelve acres to roam with a disc course on the property. Great views and many wonderful deck sitting places. Large spaces with a homey feel and privacy as well. My dogs loved swimming right in the back yard and a fenced in option was nice too. Travel to the springs for a life altering swimming experience. Try to do everything, I dare you.

Very nice, large property and close to the springs. Is on the river and has a dock to allow easy access in and out of the water. Very spacious both inside and out.

Exactly what we hoped it would be!

This home is exactly what we were looking for. It was right on the Sante Fe River with a huge property, perfect for long walks with the dogs, with many wildlife sightings. The home was spacious, with many areas to enjoy indoors and out. We could have spent our entire week just in the house and on the property.

Amazing property in a beautiful place!! Came up to enjoy the springs with my family but ended up just itching to get back to the house. So much property to explore and different activities to get in to. Michelle was wonderful and accommodated us even though there was a bit of conflict in the timing of the trip. Great hosts, gorgeous place, and a property that's worth a visit in and of itself!! If you are on the fence about where to stay for your visit, do not hesitate... this is the place!

We really enjoyed the large property, direct access to the river, which we did swim in and float down. We loved the access to the launch across the street where we could float right back to the house! It was fun to see all the wildlife too. SO many deer and turkey. There are dozens of springs around to choose from. We rented paddle boards from a nearby place and we also used the provided kayaks and floats at the house. Host was very friendly and helpful as well.

Relaxing Retreat

We spent a wonderful 6 nights relaxing and recharging at this gorgeous home. The natural beauty of the surroundings was breathe taking, from the view of the river, to watching the hummingbird while drinking morning coffee, to the grazing deer and the spectacular unobstructed view of the stars at night.

Summer trip

It was amazing lots of room,several sitting places inside and out. We went kayaking, jet skiing, fishing, tubing. There games at the house , fire pit was a big hit. Host were great made sure we had everything just a great place to stay. Would do again

This is our second time at this house and it never disappoints! The house is very well stocked, great garage with plenty of entertainment. Plenty of tubs and kayaks. I love all deer every time we drove in and out of the property. Would definitely recommend! Michelle was a great host!
