There is a Fun golf cart beach trams to take you over to the beach. From March 12th-October 31st, weather permitting. Normally runs thanksgiving week & Christmas week. From the cottage you will be just a hop, skip & a jump from the luxurious, 12,000 square foot Seacrest Lagoon Pool, filled with 394,000 gallons of cool water.

Long Time No Sea is right between Alys Beach & Rosemary Beach with each being less than a 10-minute walk. Talk about the right location. All are the scenic heart of 30A. Each village has its own unique characteristics that allow for that picturesque memory. Activities are abundant all along 30-A and South Walton. Challenging golf, eclectic shops, unique galleries, and award - winning dining are all a part of the area's distinct character. Outdoor activities are abundant within the four state parks, a state forest, 15 rare coastal dune lakes and the Gulf of Mexico.

After a long day at the beach or pool, enjoy a great meal at one of the excellent area restaurants or prepare one yourself on the grill outside or in the well-equipped kitchen. Sip your favorite beverage on one of the relaxing porches. Enjoy TV on one of the three flat screens. Books, games, WiFi and cable TV included. Don't forget to look out for free concerts and festivals in and around the area.

The master bedroom features a king size bed, private bath with soaker tub & a private balcony to enjoy those romantic sunsets, or early morning coffee talks. The guest bedroom comes with a queen-sized bed with En-suite bath. Downstairs there is extra sleeping with the queen-sized sofa sleeper with another full bath makes for a nighttime ensuite.

Damage Waiver: We've got it covered the total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee. The Damage Waiver fee of $59.00 covers you for up to $1,500 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to us prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

You will have peace of mind with our state-of-the-art door lock system. Lock codes change with each rental. The home is equipped with deadbolts in addition to the entry locksets. Security cameras are located on the front & back porches & are monitoring outside perimeters for safety of our guest & owners' home. No worrying about who else has access to your vacation rental! The smart lock system deletes every access code but yours during your stay.
