Nothing short of spectacular!

I booked Scott's condo for my parents' month long stay in south FL and it was by far one of the best places they ever stayed at! Everything one can possibly need was provided and more. Kitchen, bathroom, and linen closet all very well stocked. Very clean, quiet, safe and comfortable condo and simply in the perfect location. Being a few steps from the beach was amazing and the pool and reserved parking spot was a plus. The best part of this experience was our host Scott! Such a gentleman and an excellent host! He was easy to reach and quick to respond and when I brought an issue to his attention he quickly remedied the situation. I 100% recommend Scott's condo and my parents can't wait to return!

Perfect rental experience

Hollywood Review WOW! Normally one could come up with both pros and cons while referencing a vacation rental experience. Fortunately, there are no downsides to this unit. Its evident the owners take a lot of pride with this property. Recently renovated, it is fresh, bright, clean with shiny-new amenities. Keyless entry – no need to worry about accidentally locking yourself out or losing the key. Large, wall-mounted modern TV with components neatly tucked away out of site. Amazon Firestick attached, so your Netflix, Hulu, Amazon, Disney+ etc are all just a sign in away. Powerful remote controlled AC unit, smart-nightstand including charging cables. Remote controlled ceiling fan and light. Comfortable bed, sectional couch with power recliner. Very classy, beach themed décor throughout. That is barely even the tip of the iceburg. The owners are super friendly and quick to answer any questions, no matter how small. Steps from the southern end of the Broadwalk – which I think is better. If Hollywood Beach is your destination and a studio will accommodate your needs, you CANNOT go wrong with this unit.
