Very nice apartment facing Lake Hossegor on the 2nd floor without elevator.
Nice view, close to the center and shops.
The accommodation is classified 2 * as furnished accommodation.
Being my main residence for a good part of the year, I made it pleasant and warm, hoping that you would feel at home as well there.

Perfect condition, fully equipped entrance / kitchen (induction hob, extractor, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee makers), lounge with flat screen, Blue Ray and music docking station (via bluetooth and jack,) and wifi internet.

Excellent day.

June and September: Flexible length of stay and arrival day, don't hesitate to ask me.

Very nice apartment facing Lake Hossegor on the 2nd floor without elevator.
Nice view, close to the center and shops.
Being my main home a good part of the year, I made it so nice and warm (Photos, tables ..), wishing that you feel as good as at home.

Perfect condition, entrance / fully equipped kitchen (induction plate, hood, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee), lounge with plasma screen, Blue Ray and music docking station (via bluetooth and jack,) and internet wifi.

Excellent day.

Cosy appartment in a perfect location

We loved this appartment, the lake view in the evening is wonderful and you can walk to everywhere easily. We recommend this object very much. Eric is a polite and friendly host.

Beautiful lake view apartment

Very friendly property contact and an absolute perfect location at the lake with a short walk (3 minutes) into the center of Hossegor. The apartment is fully equipped with an beautiful charm lots of art 🖼 and music and movies. You can feel that the owner lives there by himself sometimes. We would recommend it.

Appartement très agréable et extrêmement bien situé , car proche de tout les commerces ainsi que des halles . La distance par rapport aux plages de l’océan se réalise également très facilement à pied .Juste dommage qu’il ne dispose pas d’un endroit sécurisé pour garer des vélos ainsi que d’une place de parking .

Appartement idéalement situé cavec vue imprenable sur le lac.. Le centre ville accessible à pied ainsi que le front de mer Il est très bien équipé sans oublier l accueil très chaleureux.

Emplacement idéal !

L'appartement d'Eric est idéalement placé dans Hossegor et permet d'être en ville en quelques minutes à pieds, sur la plage du lac en quelques secondes ;) ou encore, sur les plages de l'océan en 10 minutes de voiture ou vélo ! Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, l'appartement est très bien pensé, avec son petit balcon, sur lequel nous avons apprécié de prendre nos cafés du matin ou du soir ... Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !
