“Knot on Call” is tastefully designed and stylishly decorated with beautiful inspirations of the sea! Your family will appreciate the spacious living room/dining room/kitchen area, with new luxury vinyl plank flooring and modern lighting throughout. The cook in your life will love preparing home cooked gourmet meals in the well-equipped kitchen, featuring new stainless-steel appliances, new kitchen cabinets and counter tops, and an island bar with seating for 4. The dining table is large enough for the family to dine together, all while making sweet memories! The living room is complete with comfortable furniture, a large flat screen TV, and breathtaking views of the sparkling Atlantic Ocean!

Bedroom #1 is located on the 1st level, complete with a King bed and an ocean view, sharing a full Jack-n-Jill bathroom with bedroom #2 (tub/shower combo). Bedroom #2 is located on the 1st level, complete with a Queen bed, TV, street-side view, sharing a full Jack-n-Jill bathroom with bedroom #1 (tub/shower combo). Bedroom #3 is located on the 2nd level, complete with a King bed and a Twin bed, ocean view, and shares a full hall bath (tub/shower combo). Bedroom #4 is located on the 2nd level, complete with 2 sets of Twin bunk beds (sleeps 4), TV for gaming only, street-side view, and shares a full hall bath (tub/shower combo).

The property was clean & beautiful. The kitchen was very well stocked with dishes, pots, pans, small appliances, pretty much anything you'd need for your stay. We had an issue with the washing machine that was resolved promptly! The location is absolutely perfect--it was a very relaxing beach vacation

My family used to own a house at Holden, and we have been dying to get back! With this beautiful home, we were able to enjoy everything we used too when coming every year! This house is beautiful, super convenient, and beautiful views! This check in and out was simple, and working with the property manager was extremely as well! They were always eager to answer any questions! I cannot wait to come back to this beautiful home!

Knot of Call was just what the Dr. ordered! The house and location were perfect for our needs, the upgrades to the property were greatly appreciated. The property manager was a delight to work with. An early glitch in the listing price was satisfactorily resolved. Views from the ocean side bedrooms and living area are spectacular. Outdoor shower could use some attention. The sail awning for the deck was a bit of a challenge to attach and quite necessary to give some shade tot he deck and living room.

Lovely, newly renovated home on quiet beach

We loved our stay in this home. It was very comfortable and we love the renovations. There is an inaccuracy with the check out time listed on VRBO vs what the Proactive vacations lists in the contract. Everything on VRBO lists 11 am, Proactive says 10 am. I spoke extensively with both sides about the issue; neither took responsibility for the error and I was disappointed that Proactive vacations didn't allow for any leniency at all regarding the check out time. Future renters should be aware of that as they make plans. Also, upon arrival to the house we didn't have any wifi or house information other than what we got in our check in email, so we were without wifi until we could get a hold of the office the next day. Aside from those issues, the house itself was great, the kitchen was well stocked, and we would be happy to stay there again.

My family and I had a great stay! The house was cozy and enjoyable. The view of the ocean was spectacular! God’s handiwork! Very family friendly. We enjoyed cooking in the kitchen and outside. (We brought our own grill) The children had fun playing under the house and at the nearby park. We hope to stay again.

Absolutely Perfect!

Over the years, we have rented 5 other oceanfront homes at Holden Beach. This was by far the absolute best! The home was clean, well stocked and organized, very cozy, great layout and design. The views from every window, especially the living room were breathtaking. This vacation was everything that we needed to refresh our souls. The location close to the bridge made it very convenient for quick grocery store runs, and of course ice cream. We hope to return to this property again very soon!
