Premier Waterfront Cottage 2, All Guests have complimentary use of many kayaks, paddle boards and canoes to explore the Peconic Bay, including Free Beach Pass to 5 Local Town Beaches. We are in Wine Country with over 40 Wineries for tastings and tours. Indulge in the Historic Culture of Long Island. Look at our reviews J&S Reeve Cottages. We are Pet Friendly. Exterior

Separate cottage one story with screened in porch surrounded by green grass and well manicured. Parking by the cottage. 365 feet of waterfront. Garden is towards the rear of the cottage near separate laundry room, outdoor shower and community propane barbecue. Each cottage has a personal charcoal barbecue.


Local Area

Located on the Northfork of Long Island NY in Wine Country, Fine Dining, Unique Local Shops, Tanger Outlets and Every Day Town Life Shops. Vibrant small and old town feel with many local shops, farm stands to go to, 40 plus wineries to take tours, activities and especially taste the wine, all a few minutes away by car.

Perfect Weekend

The cottage was perfect for our weekend getaway. We had plenty of space, loved the outdoor area, and was a great location for anything that we wanted to do.

Beautiful area of Long Island

Loved the cottages. Very clean and had air conditioning during a very hot week. John and Sandy were so nice and helpful. The property is directly on the water. They had kayaks and paddle boards for the guests to use.

Lovely, peaceful place to get away from it all!

My boyfriend and I wanted to get away from the city last minute and I stumbled across this lovely place. The cottages were a bit out of our price range for the two of us, but Sandy told us about the guest house. We stayed there for just one night but since nobody was arriving we used the facilities for both full days (for a little extra). It was so lovely and Sandy and John were more than accommodating. They gave us full use of their BBQ and even offered to take us on a boat ride on the Sunday. Unfortunately we didn't have time. We loved having activities to do with the paddle board and kayaks. It was so beautiful and peaceful too. The vineyards were also a short drive (6 mins) away so we got to do some wine tasting. I definitely want to go back here! It would be fun with a small group.
