Book your beach getaway at this beautiful, renovated, 19th floor, beach front unit. Located in Celadon Beach condominium on PCB's West End. This unit has 1 bedroom, 2 bathrooms with built in bunk beds in the hallway – is a MUST STAY!

Pick a week and come visit “The World’s Most Beautiful Beaches” . You will enjoy SPECTACULAR, unobstructed, ocean-front views of the "Gulf of America" from your Great Room and Balcony poised on the desirable West End of Panama City Beach.

Minimum age to rent 25 years old per Celadon Beach Resort regulation.

Any individual renting a unit within the condominium must be twenty-five (25) years of age. The Association has the right to demand proof of compliance with this age restriction from any entity including the owner, tenant or rental agency.


FAMILIES ONLY – No Student groups allowed. If you are under 25 years of age and your parents are not with you, we cannot rent to you.


PARKING

Celadon charges a $45 fee per month, per car for your parking pass. You must purchase prior to arriving. Purchase details are provided prior to arrival.

IF THE CLEANING CREW DETECTS ANY EVIDENCE OF PETS OR SMOKING WITHIN THE UNIT OR ON THE BALCONY, YOU COULD BE CHARGED FOR SMOKE AND/OR DAMGE. NO QUESTIONS ASKED!

NO LUGGAGE CARTS ALLOWED INSIDE THE UNIT. LOAD AND UNLOAD LUGGAGE CARTS OUTSIDE THE DOOR TO AVOID DAMAGE TO THE UNIT. WE HAVE A RING DOORBELL AND WILL RECORD WHEN CARTS ARE BROUGHT IN THE UNIT AND IF IN THE EVENT CARTS ARE BROUGHT INSIDE THE UNIT, A CHARGE OF $50.00 PER INCIDENT WILL BE INCURRED BY THE RENTER !

RESERVATION CANCELLATIONS

A thirty (30) day notice is required for cancellation. The VRBO/HA service fee will not be refunded. This is not my fee. Cancellations or charges that result in a shortened stay that are made within (30) thirty days of the arrival date forfeit all monies. Cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent or deposit.

Beautiful Condo and Beach

We enjoyed our first family trip to PCB in this beautiful condo- loved the views of the beach and watching the sting rays. The check in process was a breeze and communication was very easy (and organized) by the owners. Would definitely choose the Latitude Adjustment for future trips to PCB.

Our family purchased this unit in 2018. We always dreamed of owning a condo at the beach and am happy to share it with others. We've always loved the beach as a family and cherished our times there. We are the sole owners and self manage our unit. We take a lot of pride in our unit and hopefully it shows in its presentation.

Our unit has all of the upgraded amenities that we always looked for in a condo when we rented on the Gulf. We do our absolute best to offer all of the things that anyone would ever want and try to keep the decor current and fresh.
