Great place great time

The house was perfectly placed where we could do everything Rocky Mountain and Estes. We saw lots of wildlife, enjoyed hiking, and were in a great location to enjoy great restaurants. The view was spectacular from the porch and we had plenty of privacy. The hosts were very accommodating.

Tremendously enjoyed our stay at Linger Longer and RMNP! It was nice to not have to navigate Estes Park traffic to get to the park, as the cabin is about as close to the Beaver Meadows entrance as you can get. I will say that the stall shower in the master bath is rather small, but you can simply use the full size bath/shower in the hallway bath if you prefer, and even without that option, it would be a small price to pay for such a great place. The cabin was very clean and comfortable, and the view is great. Communication with Aaron and Heidi was also great, and they were very quick to respond. My wife said she would easily stay here again if we ever come back, which is a high compliment. Loved it!

If your planning a trip to Estes Park and visiting Rocky Mountain National Park you won't find a more perfect location than Linger Longer! The house is well equipped, clean and comfortable. It truly feels like a home away from home. The views from the deck of Longs Peak and the continental divide are amazing and your just a few minutes from the Beaver Meadows entrance to the park. On our trip this year we saw six moose and tons of elk, which was surprising for late August. This was our forth stay at Linger Longer and we hope to make it again next year. We also had the pleasure of meeting our host, Aaron, who happened to be in Estes Park the day we were leaving. Thanks Aaron and Heidi for providing such a wonderful place to stay.

Loved everything about this place!

We really enjoyed our stay at Linger Longer. We loved that it was so close to RMNP as well as restaurants and liked the fact that neighbors were pretty far away. The house was very clean and had everything we needed.

Perfect cabin for family getaway

This was our second time staying at this property and we loved it just as much this time around. The location is absolutely perfect with incredible views from the large deck. The cabin somehow manages to feel secluded AND near everything all at once. We love the fireplace in the center of the home, and all the windows and natural light. It’s a lovely home and we look forward to returning soon.

The home had that exact Colorado mountain feel we were looking for with amazing views and quiet area. Deer and elk wander through the property frequently to make it even more special. Communication with the owners was great. We had everything we needed. We will surely be back in the future. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Great Location, Spectacular Views

We stayed at this property for a week. We were looking for a property close to RMNP Beaver Meadows Entrance and close to town. The location was perfect for that. The property is clean, comfortable and had everything we needed for an enjoyable trip. 4 adults, 1 child. Sitting on the deck looking at the amazing mountain views for hours on end brought me the relaxation that I was craving. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it as well.

Great views and location

This is a good base for exploring RMNP! Views at Linger Longer are spectacular. Quiet neighborhood but no wildlife sighted other than birds and chipmunks. Saw elk, moose, turkeys, marmot, pika, big horned sheep and mule deer in park. We cooked all meals in house due to covid concerns. Property met our needs and we’d recommend a stay.

Beautiful stay with beautiful views

We really enjoyed our stay at the cabin. I loved waking up to the beautiful surrounding views. There really is no words to describe how awesome the views are. The cabin is tucked away up on the street which is very nice. It was so quiet and peaceful. We played board games every night. The owners were very helpful and provided many recommendations which included horseback riding. Which we had a great time experiencing. Highly recommend and we will be coming back. Thank you Aaron and Heidi

Wonderful Week at Linger Longer!

My husband, sister & brother-in-law had a wonderful week stay at Linger Longer. It's a very comfortable home in a great location. We love to hike and photograph wildlife. This home has quick access to the Beaver Meadow entrance to RKNP - this is where the spectacular show of elks took place each day. It's also in a quiet neighborhood just minutes from all of the shops. The views from the porch are spectacular and we saw mule deer, turkey and a sweet little rabbit come through the property each day! The owner was very gracious and easy to reach. We highly recommend this home and hope to return one day and Linger much Longer!

Relaxing and Refreshing Retreat

This is more than a cabin, it is a comfortable, cozy, mountain- side home with a fantastic view of Long's Peak. Definitely need 4-wheel, or all-wheel drive, to get to it in the winter, but it has a large deck to enjoy the openness of the mountains surrounding this relaxing accommodation. All 3 bedrooms are a half floor above the living room, which made us feel like we weren't bothering anyone napping while we were talking together in the living room. The living room also has a beautiful wood burning fireplace. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and utensils. This location is really close to the entrance to RMNP (about 2 miles) and also easy access to the downtown area of Estes Park, so the enjoyment of our trip was enhanced by staying here. Hope to stay there again.

Amazing

This was our best stay yet in Estes Park at LingerLonger. Amazing place, had everything we needed. Beds are comfortable. Had enough blankets and pillows. Kitchen has everything you would need to cook meals. Plenty of towels. Fireplace was lovely, we stayed from December 26 to January 2. Could have stayed longer! Oh and the views, pictures do not do this place justice, the view is breathtaking from the living room window ❤️ The owners are very nice and easy to get ahold of. We saw Elk and deer in the yard! I can not say enough good things about this place. You’ll want to stay here at least once!! Thank you again Aaron and Heidi

Great views, super clean, convenient access, and comfortable.

My wife and I usually come to Estes every year (over 20 years) and have tried many vacation rentals in the Estes area. This was our first stay in the High Drive area, and we were impressed. The views are fantastic and this house has a large wrap around deck so you can see them! This home also has a very well stocked kitchen and we found everything that we needed. Everything was spotless and very well taken care of. The beds are comfortable and the sheets/blankets and pillows are all very nice. The owners have placed multiple rotating fans in the house for those rare days/evening that you may need some air movement. We had daily visits from deer, however, the Elk were hiding in the mountains where it was cooler. We enjoyed this house and location very much and we will be back next year!

It was fantastic except for the bear that got into my SUV on the last night and left 2 doors wide open and ate some snacks ! Discussed with Aaron had to be a bear because no valuables were taken and there was trash everywhere. A very gentle bear by the way because all I saw was a little dust on the seats

This is a very nice home and we have enjoyed staying there both times that we booked it. It's a very quiet neighborhood but is still very close to everything you need. We even made a new friend who owns the property next door. We would definitely consider staying here again. We've seen wildlife in the yard on both stays. Owners are very responsive if you have questions or issues.

Our family purchased this home in Estes Park in September of 2018. My father had taken me to Colorado many times as a kid. When my dad shared the mountain experience with me for the first time I knew I would always come back. We chose Estes Park as the people here are great and the atmosphere in town is very warm and inviting. We have another rental property just down the road that we have owned for the last 20 years and had the opportunity in 2018 to purchase this one. In the spring there is lush green trees and wildflowers. Summer offers beautiful scenery and cool mountain air. Fall abounds with golden aspen and wildlife to include elk, deer, rabbit and even the occasional bear. Winters are very mild and there is even downhill skiing and snow boarding within an hours drive. We are located just five minutes to downtown Estes and 5 minutes from the south entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park and love this area.

Why they chose this property

Our family enjoys sitting on the deck and watching the clouds roll in over Longs Peak in the afternoon while our three daughters use grandpa’s binoculars searching the mountains and looking at the humming birds and scenery. The sky is so blue and the smell of pine trees in the air is relaxing while my wife enjoys a favorite book. Many evenings are spent on the deck, eating as a family. Many nights are spent talking and telling stories next to the fire in the living room and planning the next days hike around Estes or in Rocky Mountain National Park.

What makes this property unique

Breathtaking views of Longs Peak and the Continental Divide can be seen from our property. We have over 30 mature pine trees on our property with large rock-out cropping and the home sits on 1.34 acres. Deer and herds of elk visit our property frequently. Our home has easy access year round with paved road to our house and large asphalt driveway. Quiet secluded area and large moss rock fireplace in the living room are a few of the unique features of our cabin.
