Great stay! Very easy access to the beach with the dogs. Very low population on the beach, so the dogs had a good time. Lipstick on a pig, but it didn't matter to us, still a very nice layout and TV. Loved the stay, no major issues. Would go again

This place was wonderful! Plenty of room for out family, beach access was great, just a quick walk through the dunes! The hot tub worked well and was nice to relax in at the end of the day. Will definitely stay here again!

Our family had a wonderful week at Whimsical Dunes in Waldport. House was a perfect layout for our family of four and our small dog. Great location close to the Oregon Coast Aquarium, horseback riding near Florence, Cape Perpetua hikes, and local restaurants in Waldport and Yachats. The hot tub was great on cool mornings, and the walk to the beach is just steps from the door!! The EV charger was a fantastic resource for exploring the coast. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking in and cozy nights playing games. Highly recommend.

Wonderfully quiet. The short walk to the beach surrounded by grassy dunes was lovely. Internet didn't work but that made the peace that much more special.

The cleaning crew was just okay. They didn’t know how to clean stainless steel. The handle on the main toilet was falling off. Luckily I’m a fixer and screwed the nut back on inside the tank. But that was sort of shocking. Hot tub wasn’t working but I didn’t really care. The pots and pans were bad/lacking. One small frying pan. The medium frying pan was covered with welded on food. (No scrub pads provided) and no other frying pans. Previous occupants had used the bread knife to cut a sweet roll and then put it dirty into the wooden knife block. Yuck! Found lots of dishes/glasses/mugs that had to be washed before using. Good things: mattress in main bedroom was very good! Lots of towels. Just a short walk to the beach. Hot and cold water shower on the deck.

Cutest place on the beach

The property was amazing. We were not impressed with any of the local restaurants but this house has everything you need to just cook there. Loved every minute of our stay.

Great location, good property, whimsical layout. Had some initial problems with connecting with the property manager but all was resolved. Comfortable beds, lotsa towels, and great back deck.

Lovely

We so enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and well equipped. The gated deck area was a favorite feature, and the outdoor shower with hot water for washing off the pups was great! Loved the hot tub and the quiet location.
