This modern, good sized, air conditioned apartment is situated on the coast by Fuseta. There is an enclosed garden and the apartment is one of 6 in a block accessed through a secure entrance. We set this apartment up as our second home and therefore we have furnished and equipped it with home comforts in mind. The panoramic, sliding, front windows highlight the spectacular views across the Ria Formosa and Ocean and make a bright and airy ambience. For your safety and comfort our apartment is licensed for renting to tourists, Licence No 155AL. Fully equipped for all your self catering needs, including a gas barbecue, which allows you to cook and eat alfresco, enjoying the great weather to the full. Our friendly local manager will look after you from your arrival and through your stay. The living room/kitchen and the two bedrooms have air conditioning units. Opposite the apartment block there is a swimming pool building which is privately owned. This has two outdoor unheated pools. Access to the pools is by electronic card, which is in the apartment. You must comply with the owners rules when accessing th swimming pools and accessing and use of this amenity is at your own risk.
The apartment is only a 12 minute walk away from the centre of Fuseta, or the town sandy beach. There is a good choice of cafes, restaurants and shops. At the harbour there is a fish market, vegetable and meat market. From here you can catch a 10 minute ferry ride over to the ocean sandy beach on Armona Island. There are also boat taxis to other islands in the Ria Formosa and fishing and dolphin trips.
There are a range of water sports available, including kite surfing, paddle boarding and kayaking. Fuseta is a good base to explore the Eastern algarve either by car or train and Tavira, Olhao, Santa Lucia and Cabanas are all worth a visit.
