Apartment located on the slopes (between Laisinant and forehead snow / 5 minutes by shuttle bus - 10 minute walk to the departure Bellevarde Solaise and the ESF), a few steps from the shops. Large living / dining room, 1 bedroom (double bed) and a mezzanine (can accommodate up to 5 people / max height mezzanine 1m60). fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, separate toilet, washing machine, dishwasher, washing machine, south facing balcony overlooking the front of Bellevarde. Woody and warm decor.

l'inquilino non ha tenuto conto delle informazioni inviategli via e-mail 3 giorni prima del suo arrivo e ha chiamato il servizio clienti senza fornire il prefisso internazionale. si imbatté in una persona che non sapeva di cosa stesse parlando. allora è andato nel panico pensando che fosse una truffa e non è venuto a ritirare le chiavi, preferendo affittare un altro appartamento.

Appartement à renover

La résidence est bien située et agréable, proche des commodités. Cependant, l appartement devrait être rénové: le velux est cassé et ne peut ni s ouvrir ni se fermer, l électricité est vétuste, le canapé hors d âge. Surprise à l arrivée pas de casier à ski. Malgré un bon séjour dans cet appartement certes chaleureux il est urgent de le rénover!

Run down apartment that is unclean, smaller than the photos and late charges

We had high hopes when booking this property. However on arrival we were told that the advertised parking did not exist (be aware of this!!) and would need to park in La Daille. This cost a huge amount for our 6 week stay. No bedding or towels provided at all in the flat which is bizarre for a rental property. The property is starting to be in disrepair with loose wiring throughout the property (I would not bring children here), light bulbs constantly fusing and even baby dummies and other sanitary products found down sides of beds etc on arrival. Kitchen is poorly equipped for the needs of a group. The WiFi is also intermittent and cut out for days on end.’ Check out was also a nightmare. No one contacted us at all apart from an extremely rude cleaner who then constantly contacted us for two days about trivial things such as the Hoover being left out (one would think they’d need it) and a coat hanger left hanging in the hallway among other things To top it all off I was then charged €100 for no reason for ‘damage’ which the owner will not tell me what it is for or reply to the 4 messages I have now sent asking. Overall not a good experience and would not recommend to stay.

Formidable pour un petit groupe

Accueil très bien organisé par notre hôte. La disponibilité d'un parking couvert fut un vrai plus (il a bien neigé pendant la semaine). Quelques éléments sont à reprendre dans l'appartement, mais la personne qui s'en occupe était justement en train d'y travailler. Proximité immédiate du Spar (très utile) et peu de marché pour accéder aux pistes. Nous reviendrons assurément.

Volume intéressant : salon grand, cuisine séparée, mezzanine très pratique. Balcon grand, vue sur montagne. Beaucoup de rangements. Accueil très bon. 10 min à pied du centre, navettes très fréquentes, Spar juste à côté. Une chose à changer: le "canapé", franchement ça n'est pas possible... Un appart que je conseille totalement.

Cozy stay in an excellent location.

The appartment was superbly positioned next to a supermarket and ski hire shop. It was very close to shuttle bus stops and a good choice of ski lifts to start your day’s skiing. The appartment is well equipped and sleeps 4 very comfortably, 6 ok but 7 would be a squash! Water, heating and cooking facilities, all good.

Very good size for the money. Well equipped. Near bus stops. SPA very close. 10 mins walk to centre of town if you don't want to use the bus. Very happy.
