Open floor plan with lots of light streaming in from the many windows in every room in the cabin. Interior of cabin is natural wood and stone floors. Each bedroom is spacious with handmade head boards and private baths. Kitchen is equipped with modern appliances. Den has TV and ample seating. You can cozy up to an outdoor grill/fire pit as well. Large covered porches to enjoy wildlife and morning coffee.

This cottage is a lovely getaway, with plenty of space to spread out and be comfortable. The location is perfect for exploring the area, including Table Rock, Jones Gap and Caesar's Head State Parks, along with the many waterfalls.The hostess was gracious and helpful, making herself easily available before and during our stay and offering several tips for things we expressed an interest in.

All the comforts of Home

I had the pleasure of staying here during a business trip recently. During my stay the storms from Hurricane Helene hit and we lost power for several days. The host was very helpful and tried to assist with any needs I may have had. Great location and great host, highly recommend.

Nice Getaway

The cabin was great. Very clean and had everything you need. Jenny was great. She suggested some local restaurants and sites which turned out to be very good. Cabin is close to Pretty Place Chapel which I highly recommend going to see. It’s beautiful.

We had no trouble finding the property and the host was very helpful in sending out emails to offer guidance , if needed. The place was spacious and clean. We really enjoyed the porch swing and the fire pit( had s’mores). Nice and easy and great pricing! Thanks to Jenny😀

Great place to stay. Peaceful, well kept, and clean. Would definitely recommend. Great location to beautiful scenic areas. Only comment I have (not negative) is there is not washer and dryer for use as pictured. Other than that stay was wonderful. Lots of time spent on deck for breakfast.

Beautiful

The property is beautiful. Be prepared to do a lot of driving, but many beautiful places to visit waterfalls and beautiful mountain views. I would suggest getting a few groceries at the town before you reach your cabin. We purchased food for breakfast and for dinner, just in case we did not have a chance to stop anywhere and if you’re going hiking, I would suggest taking fruit maybe a sandwich, water and some energy bars. But overall property experience, we would do it again.

Pumpkintown Paradise!

The location provides a great getaway with fantastic views, good roads and close enough to stores and shops to find everything we needed. The two bedroom cabin is spacious enough to maintain privacy for two couples, comfortable, immaculate and well supplied with dishes and cooking utensils. The internet, TV and phone service was a bit spotty but we enjoyed being untethered from our electronic devices for a change of pace. However, we were still able to connect whenever we needed. We are already planning a return trip knowing that we have the perfect place to stay. Many, many thanks!!

Cabin with a view

Clean as a whistle, well appointed and furnished, the bonus was the unexpected view. This cool cabin overlooks a terraced hillside bordered by beautiful evergreens. We were able to fly a remote controlled glider from the porch and enjoy its flight as well as fly it back to the porch. What a thrill. The spacious upstairs bedroom and bath was private and comfortable. The downstairs bedroom and bath was equally comfortable. The hosts are hospitable and professional. We had a great time.

Nice clean place

Very nice place with porch and fire pit. Easy access. Felt secure and at home. Great hosts. Took one star away because the beds were not comfortable at all and we are not that picky. Neither of us slept well for 3 nights and I feel like a comfortable bed is one of the most important things when renting. Everything else was perfect so I didn’t want to mention the beds, but feel like it’s important for others to know.

Family vacation

Clean and roomy. Location was quiet and close to the places we were visiting. Property manager was nice and answered all our questions. Outside seating was nice to enjoy the rain.
