This property is a semi rustic cabin that has some modern conveniences. Running water, Electricity and gas services are all available at this location. The open floor plan includes a large living area on the first floor complete with pull out couches for additional sleeping area. The vaulted loft area offers comfortable sleeping for four including a single bed, a double bed bunk with full size beds on both the top and bottom bunk, and a queen size bed. The basement offers a full kitchen with a microwave, toaster, refrigerator, gas stove and utensils. A full bath completes the basement area with gravity fed water from a local spring.
The cabin sits on a 4 acre location that includes a 2 acre pond, a permanent gas grill with a new shelter, a 40 foot long picnic table, and a sheltered serving table.
Nearby Public hunting and fishing locations include Powelson Wildlife Area, Tri-Valley Wildlife Area, Simco Wildlife Area, Dillon State Park, Woodbury Wildlife Area and the Muskingum River.
Local attractions include the Zane Grey Museum, John and Annie Glenn Museum, Roscoe Village, and The Wilds are just a few places within a 20 minute drive.
